Description
Casa Tropicana is all about the location! The property sits in the area of Los Mojones, Puerto Del Carmen and within walking distance of the old town and harbour with its wide selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The sandy beach of Playa Grande and the main Strip are a little further on but also within walking distance. What’s more the villa has its own private pool and homely interiors. Air conditioning/heating in the three bedrooms and lounge, pool heating and Wi-Fi are included.There are wonderful mature plants and palm trees on one side of the villa, giving a feel of the tropics, just what is needed.
Swimming pool, pool terrace and sunbathing area
The side terrace has table and chairs for open-air dining with an awning you are able to pull out should you wish to be shaded from the sun and pool side under the covered pergola you will find comfy seating where you can sit back and relax with a view of the pool and plants Casa Tropicana has to offer.
There is a brick BBQ to the side of the villa where the outdoor table and chairs are and great sized pool to take a dip in whilst you enjoy in the heat of the Lanzarote sunshine, and not forgetting the sun loungers and parasols where you can lay back and simply relax.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
The villa comprises of 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms. The Double bedroom and one Twin bedroom are accessible from the hall. These two bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and air conditioning. The second twin has a door that leads from the lounge, this twin room also has air conditioning along with patio doors that opens out to the beautiful front terrace and pool area. This twin bedroom has a free-standing wardrobe.
There is a shower room located as you enter Casa Tropicana between the front door and Master Bedroom and another good-sized family shower room also accessible from the hall located between the Double bedroom and one of the twin bedrooms.
Living area and kitchen
The lounge has large patio doors leading out to the side terrace where you will find the outside table and chairs along with the BBQ area. The patio door lets the light flood into the living space giving a bright and airy feel. The separate fully equipped kitchen which has integrated appliances.

This villa is just stunning, so beautifully taken care of and has everything a home away from home would need. Everything is spotless and the little extras in the bathrooms and kitchen are just un heard of. Everything down to clips for cereals etc when opened. The beds and pillows are so comfortable. The sitting room area is so comfy when chilling with a movie. Three huge seating areas outside, all with ample seating. The pool is just magnificent and cleaned twice during out 10 day stay. Nina and Nathan run a right show and are the most approachable and kind host's Ive ever witnessed. Our dates for 2027 are booked up already and we are very sad about this, but I understand why they would be

The property was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed to feel at home. The private heated pool was perfect for both relaxing and keeping the family entertained. The wonderful outdoor space is spacious and ideal for dining outside or sunbathing. The location is excellent, peaceful yet within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the beach, making it easy to explore Puerto del Carmen without needing a car. A special mention goes to the hosts Nina and Nathan, who were welcoming, friendly and always available if we needed anything. Their thoughtful welcome pack was much needed upon arrival after a tiring day travelling. We would highly recommend Casa Tropicana to anyone visiting Lanzarote.

Stayed in March for 11 days , everything you need and this hosts are so accommodating , friendly and excellent attention to detail. Place is so clean and spacious. The outdoor area , blew up away . Villa is beautiful - well equipped with all you could possibly need - lovely welcome pack was a bonus and much appreciated. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy the sunshine. The pool is lovely and grandkids had a great time in it. Nina and Nathan are excellent hosts who are available at all times throughout the stay.
