The property is on 2 levels and there are steps throughout the villa and accessing the lower pool area. Walk-in showers are available in all bathrooms.

Memorable Experience, Truly Special

From the very beginning, the booking process was smooth, reassuring, and incredibly professional. Having almost fallen for a scam company beforehand, it was such a relief to deal with a team who were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. Every member of staff I spoke to knew the villa and the island so well, which gave me complete confidence in my booking. When we arrived at the villa, we were blown away. The basket of goodies, the beautiful bouquet of flowers, and the thoughtful anniversary card were such special touches and meant the world to us as we celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary. The villa itself was everything I had hoped for and more. Our whole group was amazed, and we all agreed that villas are definitely the way forward for our annual group holidays. Even the maintenance chap who stopped by to check everything was okay was friendly, polite, and helpful. It really felt like every detail had been thought of and every interaction came with genuine care. Thank you to each and every one of you for creating such a memorable experience. Fantastic Villa & Service

However, our holiday was made perfect thanks to the support and service we received from the team at Lanzarote One. From the moment we made our booking and right through our time within the villa, there were always on hand and gave us a level of service that I have rarely experienced during the past 30 years of villa holidays. You cannot expect to get everything you want on a holiday but this company went out of their way to ensure that we were never disappointed. Our first port of call for booking in 2026 will be Lanzarote One for certain…a very satisfied customer.
Wonderfully Modern & Spacious Villa
By Gregory on 24-Aug-2025The property is fantastically positioned and benefits from outstanding views across the coastline and the harbour. The road to the front of the property is exceptionally quiet, the promenade to the rear is seldom used and when it is, it’s usually people going for an early morning run rather than stumbling home from a night out. You will see lots of water sports and harbour traffic, however whilst it’s close enough to see, it’s far enough away to not hear. We hired a car, however the harbour is less than a 15 minute walk away and hosts several restaurants. There is an abundance of space within the recently refurbished villa, 2 large well equipped kitchens, 2 dining areas and every bedroom benefits from a fantastic modern en-suite. To top it off, a lovely welcome hamper was provided and a very polite lady from the management company popped by at the start of our stay to introduce herself and to provide a contact in the event of a problem that we couldn’t overcome
