1) Spacious master bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables, dressing table and chair, plus air conditioning. French doors open directly onto the pool and patio area (ground floor).
2) Large double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, bedside tables, TV and air conditioning. French doors lead onto a generous upper terrace (first floor).
3) Twin bedroom with mountain views. Features fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and air conditioning. Also offers a shared terrace with Bedroom 2 (first floor).

1) En-suite to Bedroom 1 featuring a walk-in shower, WC and washbasin (ground floor).
2) Family Bathroom with a shower over a small bath, washbasin and WC (ground floor).

Living & Dining Area
Bright, spacious, and open-plan, the living, dining, and kitchen area is bathed in natural light from floor-to-ceiling patio doors and large windows. Stylishly furnished and fully air-conditioned, it provides a contemporary yet welcoming space to unwind. The living area features a large flat-screen TV with satellite channels (English and German), a comfortable L-shaped sofa, two armchairs, and a dining table seating up to six guests.
Kitchen
The modern, fully equipped kitchen is designed for effortless self-catering, with generous workspace and ample storage. It includes an electric oven and hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, a Philips Senseo coffee machine, and a filter coffee maker. A breakfast bar with two comfortable stools offers a relaxed spot for casual dining. Adjacent to the kitchen, a separate utility area houses a washing machine and an additional large fridge for added convenience.
Accommodation Exterior
Set within traditional lava-stone walls, the outdoor space offers both privacy and a serene setting for relaxation. Unwind by the private swimming pool, stretch out on the spacious sun terrace, or enjoy meals in the covered dining area—perfect for al fresco living. A Weber charcoal BBQ invites easy, laid-back evenings under the open sky. For breezier days, retreat to the elegant glass-enclosed lounge, where you can relax on comfortable sofas or bask in the sun from a sheltered lounger.

Prices and Occupancy:
Prices are based on up to 4 people sharing. Guests over 4 have a supplement charge of £140 per week. First child under the age of 2 years at the time of travel stays free (complimentary cot & highchair available on request). Please contact us for a final price.
Cleaning Service:
Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. Additional cleaning/change of linen & towels provided weekly or mid-stay for stays of 10 to 13 nights. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels provided. Pool/beach towels are provided for your convenience.
Pool Heating:
Pool heating is included from November through to the end of April.
For stays between May and October, pool heating is available at an additional cost of £120 / 140€ per week
Accessability:
The main living areas are conveniently located on the ground floor, with bright, open spaces that allow for easy movement throughout. This level also includes an en-suite bathroom and a separate family bath/shower room. Please note that access to the first floor is via 19 steps.
Amenities:
Free Wi-Fi connection. There is a safety deposit box and parking for two cars along with an EV charger. Air conditioning which can also provide heat during winter months.
Stair gates/bed guards (£25/€30 per week, per item) & Zbeds (£50/€60 per week, per item) are available upon request.

A wonderful holiday at Villa Lanz a Lot

Heerlijke villa (A lovely villa)

Verder uitstekende communicatie met de eigenaren. Een echte aanrader. A lovely villa to stay in, with everything you could possibly need. Close to the town centre yet still peaceful. Excellent communication with the owners too. Highly recommended.
Amazing Villa
