South facing 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa in an excellent area of Puerto Del Carmen with spectacular uninterrupted views of the sea to Fuerteventura and mountains. The beach, bars and restaurants are a 12 minute walk away, the old town and Harbour is 15 minutes walk away. note both walks are down hill hence view and Taxi €4 back if neededThe new golf course at Tias is 1 mile away. The Villa is furnished to a high standard with air-conditioning (coin operated) in lounge and master bedroom, USB point lamps for bedsides, internet,55in TV inc sky sports and BT sports, wifi, heated private pool, sun loungers, barbecue, 2 patio tables and chairs.

Another fantastic stay
By Alison on 28-Aug-2026Stayed a number of times at Turquesa and can’t fault the accommodation, inside and out. Spacious living room with ALL tv channels, fully equipped kitchen, good sized bedrooms and two modern shower rooms. Large south facing patio with fantastic sea and mountain views, great private pool and plenty room around with sun beds. Old Town and Harbour are only a ten minute walk away, there is also a selection of shops, restaurants and bars closer by The owner Helen and the Management Company always quick to reply and great to deal with….dont hesitate to book!

11 night stay at Casa Turquesa
By Jennifer Fitzgerald on 19-Jul-2026We had a great stay at Casa Turquesa! The villa had everything you could need as a home from home. We arrived the night of the World Cup Final and they even had the match on the television for us when we arrived! the villa is a short 10 min walk from either the new town or old town. We were there with our 2 children (6 and 8), the pool is ideal for smallies, with our 6 year old being in her depth for half the pool and our 8 year old for 3/4 the pool, there is also a lip all around the pool so you can sit in the water at any point of the pool. Would highly recommend this villa!!

By Andrew ward on 04-Jun-2026Absolutely amazing stay yet again wish we could have stayed longer your own pool and everything you need for a self catering break close too main strip but far enough away for a peaceful break we have stayed on complex lots of holidays but love this villa we stayed in 2021 for our silver wedding and came back this year for my wife’s birthday and was perfect then and was this holiday can highly recommend we will be back too make some more amazing memories as soon as we can love Lanzarote and love this villa

winter break
By stephen on 10-Jan-2026we had a great time the villa was superb in every respect furnished to a high quality with a view to die for the pool is a good size and the terrace is very large I hired a road bike from free motion a nice bike with di2 and rode round most of the island also hired a car from cabrera medina they were spot on plenty of parking near by Helen and team were really easy to deal with we would definitely recommend this villa we happened to be there on the wettest period for approximately 25 years but still had plenty of sun between the showers the island was unbelievably green

A Fantastic Villa
By Sandra on 11-Sep-2025Well what can I say this villa was beautiful had everything you could want and need a home from home really great space around the pool some on the complex are smaller outside space shops near by and easy to walk down hill and only 4 euros for taxi back up especially when it's very hot views were to die for and so peaceful and relaxing so easy to get from airport in taxi my sister and myself loved every minute of our holiday and definitely worth paying the extra for late checkout as most flights leave in the evenings booking with Helen the owner was so easy would definitely recommend this lovely villa to family and friends.
