A delightful and modern 3 bedroom villa in a prime but tranquil location with all amenities on hand. It consists of 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and will accommodate up to 6 people and to keep you cool during those warm sultry evenings air-conditioning has been installed throughout the villa. The master bedroom has a feeling of opulence with a king sized leather bed and a full en-suite bathroom. The 2 twin bedrooms have an ensuite and independent bathroom. This modern, tastefully designed villa is light and spacious and would be ideal for families and friends looking for a relaxing and quality holiday. The lounge area is comfortable and inviting with a flat screen TV, Sky Sports/Movies, FREE WIFI,CD player. The villa has a fully equipped modern American style kitchen with a utility and drying area. Relax and enjoy the private south facing sun terraces, the Pool Table or relax in your own Hot Tub jacuzzi and later dine on the upper terrace and enjoy that ""alfresco"" dining experience. Also after spending a day in the sun relax with a game of American pool on your very own pool table.Tariff: Rates are for up to four persons. The price for extra guests above 4 is £164.00 per week
Terms: £400 per week deposit is payable on booking confirmation. Infants under 2 are £35.00 per child per week .Balance to be paid 10 weeks prior to arrival. ***All guests should have holiday insurance***.
Bookings are normally from 14:00 h on arrival to 10.00 of day of departure.

Welcome pack with essentials especially for a late flight. Location was also excellent. Minutes walk to the local bars and shops. Lidle, which is better than ours at home, really is 8 minutes walk. We always got a taxi back Easy walk downhill to the start of The Strip with excellent restaurants. Also walkable to the old town and harbour. Easy to get a taxi to Arrecife but there are also bus stops near the bars. The villa is lovely. The best bit for us was the heated pool, which is a good length and depth, and the pool table. The jacuzzi is looking old but usable. And there is a barbecue outside. Inside is spacious with a great area for socialising if the weather is bad. The ensuite bathrooms are brilliant! The bedrooms are okay. They are very dark and do not have good views. Two look onto walls. The third does look over the pool. We didn't spend much time in them but they are dark for getting ready to go out. Jill and Roy were great to deal with. Jill popped round to see how we were getting on and the cleaning lady was also lovely. Highly recommend this villa.

It is a fabulous villa with everything you need for your holiday. There are three spacious bedrooms, two of which are en-suite. The kitchen contains all the mod cons and the TV has more channels than I have at home. The outside area is wonderful and it definitely has the best pool of any villa I have stayed at. If there was one thing that could be improved on it would be the sun beds as there are no cushions for them. It’s about a 10 minute stroll to the main strip and 15 minutes to the old town. As for supermarkets, it’s close to Lidl and hiperdino. I can highly recommend it

Lovely to have private bathrooms for each bedroom. Pool was clean and well heated so could be used every day. Nice to have hot tub as well. Location is good with Lidl nearby and 10 min walk to seafront . Would definitely recommend.

Wish I was still there 🌞 great communication with owners Jill and Roy .. very quick to respond to all inquiries.. would definitely recommend 👍
