Detached luxury three bedroom villa with biological (no chemicals used) heated swimming pool, set in a 1/4 acre garden. Located within the prestigious residential area of Los Mojones, Puerto del Carmen, which is only a ten minute walk to the old town, harbour, new shopping centre and the attractive sandy beach of Puerto del Carmen.The accommodation comprises of one king size bedroom and two twin bedrooms, luxury family bathroom and large separate shower room. The kitchen is superbly fitted and includes dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, built-in oven and ceramic hob with extractor, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. The spacious lounge and dining room area are well furnished with internet TV streaming including Sky Movies and Sky sports channels, BBC, ITV,C4 and C5 channels and many more, DVD player. Unlimited Wi-Fi. There is a good selection of books and DVDs.
A weekly maid service compliments this very well equipped luxury detached villa. Sunbed towels are also provided.
Prices quoted are for four guests, additional guests are charged at £150.00 per person, per week.
Cot; £40 per week. Highchair: £40.00 per week. Portable air con and un-limited Wi fi are included in price. Summer Pool Heating £150.00 per week, Winter pool heating included in the price.
Payments can be made by bank transfer or cheque which will be covered by Simply Owners insurance.

OUTSTANDING VILLA
By Tom McGlinchey on 28-Oct-2025I would recommend this property for all the following reasons: Location (10 min walk from either old town or new town) - or if one preferred taxis are very reasonable and easy to access Property - well laid out, private, safe, secure and in a wonderful area. Villa - everything you need inside, kitchen has all utensils and coffee maker, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, etc etc. Also the TV and internet had everything you need. Welcome Pack - Lovely though of having Water, Milk, Wine, Biscuits, Tea and Coffee for guests. Bedrooms - lots of space in wardrobes, beds comfortable. Bathroom and shower - shower was powerful and hot water. Swimming Pool - Big and spacious and warm due to solar heating. Pool Area - lots of space, dining area, shaded if required, BBQ Area, lots of beds, very pleasant area to relax. Everything about Casa Mason was wonderful and it is clear that the owners have put a lot of thought into providing a memorable experience for their guests. We would recommend this Villa for anyone thinking of visiting Puerto del Carmen.

Wonderful Villa
By Tina Saunders on 03-Aug-2025Had a lovely stay at Casa Mason; the villa was spotlessly clean and really spacious with a fabulous outside terrace and a large pool. Very well situated - peaceful residential area but within easy walking distance to the main strip and Playa Grande beach. WiFi/TV was a little glitchy at points but we were helped with this. Perfect for a relaxing holiday.

Lovely place to stay
By Nicky Williams on 31-Dec-2024Brilliant place to stay very spacious the outside space is amazing lovely & quiet which was exactly what we needed as our son who’s 16 has autism & ADHD & we don’t really go out in the evenings tv does buffer sometimes but our friends in another villa in PDC had the same problem, wifi wouldn’t connect when in the double bedroom & could do with a water hose outside to clean around the pool whilst staying , it is a little bit of a walk into new town PDC but easy to get a taxi back would recommend 100%,
