Simply Perfect
By Andy Madder on 09-Jul-2026Location perfect, 7mins from the supermarket, shops, bars & restaurants and 10mins from the beach. Villa is lovely, it has everything you'd have in your home (TV, fully equipped kitchen etc) which makes it very comfortable right from the start of your holiday. Set 1 villa away from the pool, so large patio area doesn't have loads of people walking past which gave it a private feel that we liked. Full patio furniture (sunbeds, cushions, table and chairs+ a small BBQ which we used twice) Family of 4 dad, mum+ 2 adult daughters (18 & 23) Would highly recommend and if we return to Puerto del Carmen it would be the 1st option we'd look at. By Edith R. on 09-Feb-2026We loved our stay at David & June’s villa which is in a small quiet complex. Perfect location for shops, bars and restaurants. It's a real home from home which is equipped with everything you might need and the air fryer was a real bonus! Very comfortable furnishings and lovely comfy bed. The patio area is a great sun trap and lots of privacy. Communication with David was excellent with queries responded to very quickly. Will definitely be booking another visit soon.

Two modern bathrooms one with a walk in shower which was great for my hubby. Great private patio area which got the sun all day and lovely for al fresco dining. We enjoyed the pool and were the only ones to use it during our stay. Such a lovely quiet complex and a short 5/10 minutes stroll to the main strip. Great communication with the owner and very grateful he let us have a late check out due to our late flight. Highly recommend this place and certainly hope to book again. 😁

By David V. on 26-Jun-2024Another wonderful stay at this villa, ideal location, ten minutes to the seafront, shops and restaurants. Perfect for exploring all of Puerto del Carmen. Turn left for a long walk to the airport runway or right to walk to the old town and harbour. Thanks again to David & June! Looking forward to next time.

By Bill on 10-Jan-2025Stayed 11 nights description of villa was very accurate the host was very nice before arrival and whilst we were there. Can't comment on the pool we never used it but it is right by the villa and looked very inviting
