Licence:Vv-35-3-007601. Detached Villa in lower Los Mojones, Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote - Very Quiet + Peaceful Location, A Few Minutes Walk To Both The Old Town And The Main Prom! Minimum stay is 1 week!This villa is situated in a very quiet area where you can relax in peaceful secluded surroundings which are 100% private and not overlooked,whilst being within 8 minutes of both the old harbour and main promenade.
The villa has ALL UK TV ,Movies on demand! Premier league, & TV USA
The villa has a large patio and BBQ area which is perfect for alfresco dining, the pool, 7mts x 3.5mts, is solar panels heated in winter + a solar cover which must be put on every night. The pool has wide graduated steps down to a maximum depth or 1.50mt (5 feet), and is for your sole use.
You do not need a car at this villa, however if you do have one, you can park right outside your front door.
There is a Jacuzzi** in the villa, which is an optional extra**
There is an American Seagul 1v water purifier, sweet fresh drinking water on tap! no more carrying heavy bottles back from the super market!
The villa has broadband wifi, speed is 40mb/sec I included in the price.
This villa boasts a traditional style of décor and has a south facing 100% private patio which has the sun all day!
Modern security alarm system, together with a secure safe, to give peace of mind.

If 4/5 persons require all 4 bedrooms there is a supplement of £40.00 per week, If 3 persons require 3 bedrooms £30.00 supplement.

Lovely villa with everything we needed
By Craig Raynor on 25-Jul-2026Great place to stay. Very clean and tidy with everything you need. The pool was beautifully clean and was checked twice during our 9 day stay to make sure the cleanliness was maintained. Plenty of sun loungers for larger families and very private, not overlooked at all. The bedrooms are all a good size with plenty of storage. The kitchen has everything you need should you wish to cook meals during your stay. The location is great too, turn right out of the villa and its a 10/15 minute walk down to old town harbour. Turn left and its 10/15 minute walk to start of the "new town" strip. It is also literally 5 minutes walk to Lidl which is very handy! We met Keith the owner briefly when he came to check the pool. Nice fella, very friendly! Keith was great with communication before we arrived making sure everything was inplace that needed to be before we landed. All in all a great stay and would 100% stay here again. Sad part is leaving...as always.
Fantastic place to stay
By Helena Doyle on 20-Dec-2024Very big and spacious place. Clean on arrival. Hot tub was extremely excellent as it was in doors. Pool was cold but once it didn’t bother you. Lidl only like a 2 min walk down the road and is open til 10. A very short walk to old down too maybe 10 mins or less which was ideal. Can always walk to new town strip just depends on yourself. Over all would 100% stay at thus villa again

By Elaine M on 01-Jun-2017Fantastic accomodation, beutiful island :-) 5 of 5 7 of us stayed here for 2 weeks and we loved every min :-) The accommodation was lovely, it was clean, spacious, had all amenities, it was quiet, private and only 5 mins away from the old town and 10 mins from the new town. If you're looking for a relaxing holiday with good accommodation then come here, you won't be disappointed :-) Keith is a lovely guy and keeps the place immaculate, he even provided us with new pillows! By Beth A. on 29-Jun-2017Perfect private villa for a relaxing holiday! 5 of 5 Our family of 5 stayed in the villa for 10 nights from the 1st of June and could not have been more impressed! We all agreed the villa was homely, peaceful and very private with the added luxury of the hot tub. The villa is a 5 minute walk from Lidl, and a 10 minute walk downhill to both old and new towns of PDC, we often got a taxi back to the villa of a night time which cost €2-3. Kieth was wonderfully helpful and really friendly, overall brilliant holiday and would highly recommend!
