Villa Valeria is situated on a peaceful, private walkway in the flat Las Villas area in the centre of Puerto del Carmen off Av. Italia. The villa is 300 metres from the promenade, beach, shops and restaurants. The villa is 10 minutes in a taxi from the airport (cost less than 20 Euros).
South facing sun terrace so the pool has the sun all day. Pool is solar heated (October to April only). Pool 7 x 3 metres (depth 1.25-1.55m) with Roman steps. Artificial grass area providing some shade and an area for children to play.
There is an upper terrace off the living room with partial sea views, built-in BBQ and al-fresco dining table and chairs. Fully equipped kitchen on upper floor with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven/hob, microwave and Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine. No air conditioning in lounge area.
All bedrooms are on the ground floor. The master double (king bed) bedroom has a twin bedroom attached which will sleep 2 children. There are two other twin bedrooms. All 3 main bedrooms have air conditioning and black out curtains. Maximum occupancy 6 adults and 2 children. Children aged 2 and under do not count towards occupancy.
Iron and ironing board provided.
Bathroom with shower downstairs. Further bathroom with bath upstairs.
Mini fridge with ice compartment downstairs for convenience when at the pool.
Smart TV with multiple UK TV channels, movies and sports.
DVD Player with 50 DVD movies.
Unlimited Broadband internet speed up to 300mb/sec.
Cot and high chair available. Cot linen provided. Please advise if required at the time of booking. Children’s toys and play mat. Plastic plates, bowls, cups and cutlery. Stair gate fitted upstairs off lounge area.
Beach towels provided.
Hairdryer supplied.
Security deposit box.
Smoking is strictly not permitted inside the villa.
Minimum age of lead booker is 25.
No stag/hen parties.
No pets.
There are a few steps up to the villa so it is not suitable for wheel chair users.
Villa Valeria is our holiday home as well as a rental so it has all the comforts we think guests will need.
Prices shown are for four persons, for 5/6th person please add £14 per night per extra person. For 7/8th person add £8 per person per night.
Mid stay full clean + change of linen/towels for two week plus bookings only.
Maid service for 8-13 nights at additional charge paid locally.
If 6 or less persons require all 4 bedrooms there is a supplement of £30.00 per week. Please advise at the time of booking.
20% non refundable deposit due at the time of booking. Balance due 8 weeks before arrival. Payment via bank transfer.
Check in 4pm, check out 10am (though we will be flexible where we can).

Great place to stay
By Eddie on 14-Jun-2026Just had the most fantastic 3 weeks in this lovely villa. The layout of the villa is great with the pool and outdoor terrace amazing. Villa has all the home comforts you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday and has recently been refurbished. The location is perfect and it’s so peaceful despite it being so close to the action along the PDC strip. Everything is within walking distance and airport is only a 10 minute taxi ride away €15-16. We had various family and friends out over the 3 weeks and they all thoroughly enjoyed it. This place is great value for money and we would fully recommend it for families etc.
Amazing place to stay
By Tricia Docherty on 29-Jun-2026Villa is beautiful, has everything you could possibly need - recently renovated it is spotless. Pool area is fabulous easily accommodating 7 of us (adults). Perfect location for beach, bars & restaurants - taxis as cheap as chips to neighbouring resorts, old town etc Have already booked another stay for January 2027 - cannot wait 😎
Girls to Lanza Celebrating 60th birthday
By Maj on 31-May-2026Loved the villa and the location is great near to restaurants and bars. Bedrooms were perfect for our group size and had everything we needed for our stay. The owners also provided recommendations for places to go and kindly left a celebratory bottle of wine for the birthday celebration. The pool and the surrounding area was fab could not fault anything in the villa I definitely will be back.

By Marie on 31-May-20267 of us stayed here to celebrate a 60th birthday. We had an amazing time Villa beautiful and had everything we needed. Ideal location my first time visiting Lanzarote it definitely won't be my last and I will definitely be booking Villa Valeria for our return visit.
