The electric entrance gate opens to a large area offering secure parking.
The lounge is spacious with 3 comfortable settees, 65 inch flat screen tv offering Netflix, Full Sky package, BBC, ITV etc. international internet programming and music selection.
The Fibre optic broadband, WiFi, Netflix, Hifi and Amazon Music Unlimited, vía Amazon Echo, are provided free of charge.
Gym equipment comprises wall bar, elastics, static bike, and cross trainer.
The kitchen is very large with gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezers coffee machines. There are large dining tables in the lounge, kitchen and outside.
Bedroom 1. King size bed, fitted wardrobe, tv, air conditioning and a large en-suite bathroom with shower area.
Bedroom 2. King size bed, TV, air conditioning, fitted wardrobe, patio doors onto the terrace and shared bathroom with shower/bath.
Bedroom 3. Twin beds, TV, air conditioning, fitted wardrobe and shared bathroom with shower/bath.
Bedroom 4. 3 Single beds, TV, DVD, freestanding wardrobe air conditioning and en-suite with shower.
Bedroom 5. King size bed, fitted wardrobe, TV, work desk, air conditioning, and a large en-suite bathroom with shower area.
All the showers are fitted with thermostatically controlled taps ensuring an unchanging and safe temperature of your choice.
All the beds have good mattresses and hotel quality bed linen, full sized, Egyptian 400 thread cotton sateen for maximum comfort, after all, you will spend about a third of your holiday in bed!
There is a very spacious and very private (not overlooked) patio area backed by mature gardens.
Large solar/electrically heated pool, with a salt electrolysis system which gives the comfort of silky soft water that won’t turn eyes red, hair green, or dry out skin. The more natural approach to chlorination eliminates harsh chlorine odour and leaves the pool feeling healthier and more luxurious.
Comfortable lightweight aluminium sun loungers.
Overlooking the pool is a separate BBQ with charcoal grill, gas hob, sink and a washing machine. There is also an Al fresco dining area and a drinks chiller to provide a plentiful supply of ice cold drinks adjacent to the BBQ. Our two large pergolas provide excellent shade throughout the day.

Stop scrolling - you’ve found your holiday ️
By Helen on 01-Jul-2026This was genuinely one of the best holidays we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, Chris and Lesley made us feel completely at home. Walking into the villa and finding the fridge stocked with treats was such a lovely surprise and meant we didn’t have to worry about going shopping on our first night. Chris was fantastic and shared so much useful information about Lanzarote – from places to visit to local tips that we wouldn’t have known otherwise. It really helped us make the most of our stay. The villa itself was absolutely immaculate. It was beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, and had everything we could possibly need. You can tell Chris and Lesley have put so much thought into every little detail. It really did feel like a home from home. A special mention has to go to the gorgeous, friendly villa cat, Kotek, who completely stole our hearts! We loved seeing him every day. Chris told us he was named by a previous Polish family who stayed at the villa, as kotek means “little cat” in Polish. It’s such a lovely little story and made us smile every time we saw him. The location was perfect too – a fantastic base for exploring the island while still being somewhere peaceful and relaxing to come back to. We had breakfast at the marina most mornings. We honestly can’t recommend this villa highly enough and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thank you, Chris and Lesley, for making our holiday so special – we will absolutely be back!

A wonderful stay

Chris and Lesley are perfect hosts and this place is fully stacked with things to do and has everything you need, if anything is missing its replaced in a flash. A fabulous place to stay
By John Stockting on 23-Feb-2026Villa Olivia is a fantastic place to stay - it is in a great location, with views across to Fuerteventura and coastal mountains. The Villa is very well equipped, comfortable and has a stunning, large, heated swimming pool together with an outdoor heated jacuzzi. There is also an outdoor bbq area, a playground for children and various activities for family fun. The hosts, Chris and Lesley, go out of their way to welcome and look after their guests. They are very friendly and helpful, and attend to every detail. Guests will find the fridge well-stocked on their arrival and the kitchen is large and well equipped. The bedrooms are comfortable with excellent showers and all have tvs. The property is spacious with plenty of room for guests to enjoy. All in all, the Villa is a superb place to stay for a holiday on Lanzarote and we highly recommend it.

Couldn’t have chosen a better Villa!
By Kerri on 17-Dec-2025Let me start by saying that I had high expectations after reading the reviews. Villa Olivina way exceeded my expectations! Upon arrival, Chris and Lesley was there to greet us. They are such kind, friendly people! I honestly could of chatted with them for hours! They were extremely knowledgeable about Lanzarote and gave us a great tour of the villa. They even stocked the fridge with fresh milk, bread, ham and cheese, and made us delicious papas bravas with mojo sauce! The villa itself is located in a beautiful area, very quiet and picturesque. The views are amazing! The garden has a swinging bench, I sat there every morning with a coffee and watched the sunrise. That was after doing my workout, with the gym equipment provided! It’s only a 6 minute drive into puerto del Carmen, and 30 minutes into playa blanca. Even better, only 7 minutes from the airport. Around €15 in a taxi. The villa had everything you need! Towels, towels for the pool, bedding, blankets, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, soap. Literally everything. The kitchen cupboards are equipped better than most peoples home. Anything you need, you’ll find in one of the cupboards. From cocktail glasses, to baby sippy cups! Literally everything! Having the outdoor kitchen was a lovely bonus, my husband cooked meat on the bbq most nights! The beds are all comfy, with air con in all the rooms, although we slept with the windows open and didn’t feel unsafe at all! The water in the bathrooms runs perfectly, doesn’t go hot and cold constantly and has great power. My hair has never been so soft! The pool is huge! The pool cover is super easy to operate, and Chris attended regularly to clean to pool and the hot tub! My boys loved chilling in the hot tub in the evenings.. was their favourite place to be! I could go on and on about how amazing this villa is but my word count won’t let me! Haha Overall, I love this place! I’m gutted that I had to leave! I have never had such bad holiday blues!

Absolutely Fantastic Place for a Holiday!
By Kate Moyle on 26-Sep-2025As a mixed age group of 7 we specifically booked Villa Olivina as it had so much space, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms but also amazing games/entertainment, from Petanque to Darts! The villa itself is stunning but the pool, views and outdoor area are really special! We had such a brilliant stay, loads of laughs, celebrated a special Birthday and made new memories! Chris and Lesley were amazing hosts that had thought of absolutely everything and the Welcome Package was amazing! Thank you 😊 We WILL definitely be returning to Villa Olivina! 🥰
