Set in its own gated grounds, the villa is set on one level and furnished to a very high standard. Gated secure parking. Roof terrace with beautiful views to the Tramuntana Mountains.
Designed and furnished to an extremely high standard, with a spacious open plan living space leading out through retracting double doors to the expansive pool decks. Sun loungers, shaded dining table & outdoor settees for all. The private pool is a large 12m x 5m at its widest point, with tiled steps.
Stylish designer handmade kitchen with Bosch appliances and all the expected gadgets and facilities, such as beverage fridge, Tassimo pod coffee machine, fridge, freezer (with rapid freeze compartment), oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave. Large new BBQ for 2026.
The master bedroom, with king sized double bed enjoys the use of its own private ensuite shower room with Hansgrohe fixtures and fittings. French doors lead to a private terrace.
All our bedding is luxurious high count 500 thread Egyptian Cotton.
A further double bedroom with king sized bed and private terrace.
An additional twin bedroom, that can be configured to be a super king double bedroom. We have bedding to suit a this room being twin beds or a double bed.
Shared family bathroom with double sinks.
Bath towels, pool towels, adult bathrobes and complimentary welcome toiletries provided. Hair dryers. Cleaning included before arrival and after departure with a mid week service. Tourist tax also included in our rate. Complimentary Apothecary Calm hand soap and shower gel.
Air conditioned for summer. Under floor heating for the cooler months. As of 2026, the villa has solar power to enhance its sustainability credentials.

What a wonderful family holiday

Villa is equipped with all you need lovely pool lots of seating for all. Di (owner) is so knowledgeable & helpful. I hope we can stay again.
Villa is absolutely beautiful
By Sarah Geobey on 21-Jul-2026We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Puerto Pollensa, the villa is absolutely beautiful, it had everything you required for the time spent at the Villa, we used the BBQ several times. The grandchildren loved playing in the pool, it gave us the chill out we all needed. We enjoyed spending time on the beach, which was only minutes away from the Villa, the Pine Walk has lots of little bays. Debbie is an absolute delight, she made us feel very welcome when we arrived and explained everything in regards to the villa, the Welcome pack was a big surprise it had everything we required for our arrival, which meant we did not need to go shopping until the next day, can not thank you enough for making our holiday an enjoyable one, what a wonderful place for making lots of new memories.

The Villa Is Outstanding.

The Villa is outstanding, and the excellent pool, deck space and outdoor seating options in particular were perfect for our needs. Not too far from the beach, the Pine Walk and plenty of restaurants, with the mini-market close by for daily essentials. Brilliant support on the ground from Debbie who could not have been more helpful. We booked for 2026 before we left!

We felt at home from the moment we arrived great location - lovely decor - comfy beds - and the amazing outdoor space with private pool was a real luxury! Add to this the wonderful agent Debbie who greeted us and explained all we needed to know and the fabulous welcome arrival pack there was just nothing to fault. Would definitely like to return in the future.
