Description
Wonderful 2-bedroom villa, newly built in the traditional Mallorcan style. New 8x4 meter pool. Secluded and spacious south-facing gardens within easy walking distance of Soller Town Square. Fabulous views over Soller and the Tramantana Mountains. Tastefully furnished to a high standard. A 5 minute walk to the nearest shop and a short tram ride to the beach.Every room is equipped with air conditioning and heating and there is also a woodburner in the lounge. The villa is suitable both for families and groups of friends. Parking is on level ground next to the villa and all doors in the villa are easy-access, double doors. Full access available to the terraces and outdoor eating area next to the villa but lower terraces would be difficult for wheelchair access.
Please note that the road up to our villa, which is about 100 metres long, is steep and narrow with stone walls on either side. Vans and fire engines can drive up it but for your peace of mind, it is recommended that guests hire a small car featured in Categories A or B of car rental ranges. The attached photos show us in a larger car - a Ford Focus - so you can judge for yourselves.

Ideal villa in an ideal location
By Guy on 08-Aug-2026I can't speak highly enough if this villa. The booking process with Sue was very smooth without any issues. The villa itself is in a very quiet location, but only around 15-20 minutes walk from the centre of Soller. The view from the villa across Soller and the mountains is spectacular! The villa was spotlessly clean, the beds very comfortable and everything we needed was close at hand. The air conditioning was a god send as the weather was ridiculously hot while we were there. We spent a lot of time in the swimming pool, which, even though it was salt water, didn't seem too salty at all and we hardly noticed it wasn't fresh water. One thing worth noting is that the narrow road leading up to the villa is very steep. It didn't really bother us too much, but anyone with walking difficulties would probably struggle to walk up/down it. Finally, I can't speak highly enough of Pedro who maintains the villa and transferred us to/from the airport. Such a friendly guy who really went out of his way to help us. All in all, a fantastic experience in a beautiful villa.

Stunning villa and excellent hosts
By Roman Kubiak on 13-Jul-2026We had a wonderful stay at this idyllic villa, within spitting distance of the hustle and bustle of Sóller, but tucked away to provide peace and privacy. It has beautiful views of the Mallorcan mountains and the seawater pool was perfect after a day out riding on the fantastic roads or playing padel at the local tennis club. Communication was incredibly easy and Sue and Neal were very helpful. Pedro was also an excellent host during our stay and couldn’t do enough. My only hesitation in recommending this place is that more people will know about it!

Perfect Villa
By Polly & Family on 04-Jul-2026We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa and would highly recommend it. The location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. Only a 10-minute walk into the centre of Sóller, making it easy to enjoy the restaurants, cafés, shops & the market. There's also a very handy SPAR supermarket just a 5-minute walk away for picking up groceries and essentials. The villa itself is spacious, comfortable and beautifully maintained, with plenty of room for four people. Every room was spotless, well equipped and in great condition, making it feel like a real home away from home. The outdoor space is just as impressive, the pool and pool view was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. It gets the sun all day, so it was the perfect place to relax, swim and enjoy the amazing surroundings. Access to the villa is via a narrow hillside road, which is quite typical for the area. However, after a few trips you quickly get the hang of it and it becomes much easier. Overall, this is a wonderful villa in an incredible location. It offers the perfect balance of peace and privacy while still being within easy walking distance of everything Sóller has to offer. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to booking our stay for next year.

Excellent

The position is very private with stunning views over the valley and mountains yet it’s only a 10 minute walk to the village square. Beds were very comfortable and the house was well equipped and very clean. Do make sure to book the smallest size car for the narrow access lane. Avoid Gold Car, it took 1.5 hours to collect the car at the airport despite pre booking and it was a larger car than the one booked
A beautiful peaceful retreat
By Simon Foreman on 10-May-2025We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. It was very clean, the description was accurate and the facilities were all we could want for. We stayed a week and were able to walk from the cottage to Fornalutx where there were some lovely restaurants and bars. One of the highlights was our trip on the old train to Palma which was well worth doing and the Cathedral was well worth a visit. We have no complaints whatsoever, but you certainly need a small car!

It was very private and quiet, set up on the hillside, yet only takes 10 mins walk to the centre of Soller. Villa was beautiful, with all the necessary things you need for a long stay, and a real log fire for the cold nights. Excellent time and experience. Very clean and tidy with weekly cleaning and laundry changes.
