Description
Arenal d’en Castell is located on the northeast coast of the island. The resort offers a variety of bars, restaurants and supermarkets, all within walking distance from the house. The beautiful white sand beach with crystal clear waters is a 5-minute walk away and is ideal for families with young children. Other north coast beaches (Binimelá, Cavallería, Playas de Fornells), south coast beaches (Binibeca, Punta Prima, Alcaufar) and the capital town Mahon, can all be reached within 20 minutes by car.This duplex is part of a 4 property complex with communal gardens. At the front of the house is a private terrace furnished with table and chairs and a stone barbecue, ideal for al fresco dining. On the first floor, connected to the lounge, there are two balconies. The north-facing balcony boasts beautiful sea views and is furnished with bar stools and table, and the south-facing balcony is furnished with outdoor sofas for relaxing in the sun or shade.
The apartment has been tastefully decorated and is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.
Ground floor: 1 master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 shower room.
First floor: lounge/dining room with access to the balconies, small kitchen (no oven) and 1 shower room.
Please note that the apartment is located in a resort with hotels nearby and during the summer season hotel entertainment music may be heard.

Security deposit: 300 € (the security deposit can be paid in advance or on arrival and will be returned via bank transfer after departure)

COVID-19 Conditions: In the case that guests have to cancel their stay due to lockdown travel restrictions caused by COVID-19, the full amount paid will be transferred to alternative dates.

Lovely Stay
By Desirée on 18-Jun-2026We really appreciated the location of the apartment, just a few minutes' walk from a beautiful bay, perfect for families too. The house is spacious, well-organized and equipped with all comforts: you really feel at home. The terraces and balconies are a great added value, ideal for relaxing or dining al fresco with a great view. The proximity to restaurants and services is also excellent. Overall, a very comfortable and practical solution for visiting Menorca. The only thing that could be improved (but the host can do little about it) is the noise from nearby hotel in the evening, but nothing unbearable. Manageable ;-)

Great Apartment
By Sébastien on 22-Aug-2026We spent a week in the flat in Arenal. The apartment is in a great location, a few minutes' walk from the beach, which is truly beautiful. It is clean, spacious and has a reserved parking space. The noise from the resort next door isn't a problem, I don't think. They stop at 11 pm, and you can't hear anything from the garden side. In terms of equipment, everything is as described. Please note that there is no air conditioning, so the many fans available are essential (ceiling fan in the living room, floor fans in the bedrooms), especially during heatwaves, as was the case during our trip. As mentioned in previous comments, the water flow is very low, but from what I understand, it's related to the current drought. Again, we weren't inconvenienced; we just made sure not to take showers at the same time. Great chat with Gurbia and a great welcome app. Very pleasant family environment in Arenal.
Lovely Apartment
By Mark on 15-Aug-2026We really enjoyed our stay here and feel sad to be leaving. We had a small problem at the start of our visit but was very quickly fixed by Gurbia. The overall communication with Gurbia was very good and clear so thank you Gurbia! The apartment was exactly as described and we felt very much at home. As mentioned in an earlier review the apartment has no air con but this is clearly stated so we didn’t expect it. Upstairs was fine with the fans but we felt the downstairs bedrooms could be improved by mounting fans on the ceiling or even better..air con! Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the apartment and resort to others. Mark, Louise and Maisey
