Description
I am pleased to offer my recently extensively refurbished detached 4 Bedroom private Villa within the picturesque and much sort after area of Binibeca Vell in Menorca. The villa is located on a quiet street and is only a 5 minute walk from the charming Morrocan designed white washed fishing village, recently described as a Little Santorini. The village includes several good restaurants, cafes, a great cocktail bar, boutique shops and a small supermarket. For the children there is an amazing water park just along the coast with a miniature train running back and forward from the village. There is also a Diving and Kayak centre 15 mins away. The beach is only a 10-15 min walk.Villa Eunie is a charming 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom traditional Spanish property, recently refurbished in a Moroccan style and to a very high standard and can comfortably sleep 7 although will sleep 8. The Villa is situated adjacent to the coast road and offers excellant sea views from both the lower patio and from the roof terrace, which has been furnished to maximize the enjoyment of these views. Sunset is particularly amazing and not to be missed as you can see from one of my gallery pics, accompanied with a nice chilled glass of course. There is also a delightful view of Binibeca from the other side of the roof terrace.
The villa itself has 4 Bedrooms ( 1 King-size with en-suite incl bath & shower) and a further 2 double bedrooms with twin single beds and a family bathroom with walk-in shower. The 4th bedroom has just had a complete upgrade and has its own en-suite bathroom and shower and is adjacent to the pool area with seperate entrance. The room is ideal for single occupency but also has a 2nd bed so in fact the Villa can sleep 8. Cot and High Chair are also available.
The Lounge and in fact the whole decor of the villa is done to a very high standard in an African/Moroccan style.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with new refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and all dishes and cutlery.
The outside areas of the villa are designed for maximum enjoyment, with a very private pool area which receives all day sun but also offers a few shady areas. The back patio area has seating around the table for 8-10 people and is a wonderful spot for meals, and also some afternoon shade. There is also the barbeque designed in Menorcan Green, the whole area is surrounded by flowers and once again offers maximum privacy.
A good Wifi system is available, phone reception is very good and every room has Air-Con. The villa is just a short 20 minute drive from Mahon the capital, but also just 10 minutes to Sant Lluis which offers some delightful boutique craft shops and the centre has some great bars and restaruants. There are also some excellent restaurants within walking distance from the villa, with the very smart Bambu especially nice with it's own coctail bar at the front and rooftop terrace dining area overlooking the beach. Car rental can be booked with a company I use (ask for details) or there is car rental located in the village.

Pool Heating is also available at £150 per week if required although only really needed in May, early June and mid September onwards.

Annual 'girlie' holiday!!
By Rachel on 13-Jul-2026This is our third visit to Villa Eunie, the forth for one member of our group. We return because the villa is perfect! Spacious, clean, comfortable, with relaxing outdoor areas and lovely pool! It is in a quiet location, but just a few minutes walk from shops, restaurants, and the beach. Barry makes booking the villa easy; offering information on places to visit in the locality. Thank you! I've no doubt we will be back again. Definately recommend !
Great place to stay!
By Family of 6 on 27-Jun-2026Right from the first moment we made contact with Barry he was absolutely brilliant and couldn't have done any more for us. The cleaner and manager were also fantastic and helped out so quickly when we had a small issue. The villa had everything you could think of, even tupperware containers and shopping bags and was a lovely place to just chill out. We had the pool heated and it was so relaxing, just the right size so you could have a little swim but also just play about it. Within walking distance of supermarket which was handy for the first night although we did drive to a larger one for a bigger shop. Also a few bars and restaurants, highly recommend Bambu, Delaneys and BBs. We did eat at the villa as well and the bbq and all cooking facilities were great, Barry really had thought of everything Couldn't fault it, we were a party of 5 adults mixed ages and 1 child If anything the photos on this website don't do it justice
Just perfect️

The villa felt like home from home… we thoroughly enjoyed spending our afternoons by the pool – the air conditioning throughout was a very welcome luxury as we had extremely hot weather during our stay! The heated pool was also an added bonus as, although the weather was hot, it was still early in the season. Our holiday was perfect and just what we needed for some family time together with our teenage daughters. The villa was a perfect place to reconnect! Everything about the villa made it the perfect retreat - from watching the sunrises and sunsets from the roof terrace, enjoying pool time, being able to watch the World Cup on Sky TV, the girls having their own bathroom (a huge bonus!!), comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen and the location was fantastic - it was great to be able to walk down to Binibeca rather than having to take the car for the evenings where we enjoyed a few cocktails at Bambu and BB's! Both the indoor and outdoor spaces were plentiful for a family of four and would comfortably accommodate larger groups. We also found the washing machine very handy as it saved having to pack lots of clothes and saved on a big wash when we got home! Barry was super helpful during the booking process and provided really helpful information from car hire to restaurant recommendations. We were all sad to leave and hope to return in the future❤️
A paradise retreat
By Rachael on 23-May-2026This is the fifth time we've been to Villa Eunie and for me it is my piece of heaven. The moment you walk through the gates you feel relaxed. The Villa is wonderful, homely and perfectly kept. Immaculate in its cleanliness and everything provided that you may need. The pool area is fantastic with plenty of sun loungers and seating, roof terrace wonderful to watch the beautiful sunsets with a nice G&T. Many evenings spent outside dining, enjoying a BBQ and watching the kids enjoy a night swim. Barry is a wonderful host, always recommending places to eat and visit and his Villa manager is also fantastic if you have any queries. Nothing is ever too much trouble. We've been several times with various family members and everyone has loved it. There's the peace and quiet which in a busy life at home is perfect for those tranquil days. The restaurants are fantastic, Bambu is a must visit for amazing food and the most incredible sunset views. This villa has become a home from home for me hence we visit year after year. I would recommend this stay to anyone, beautiful villa in beautiful Binibeca.
fantastic stay
By blaiir on 04-Apr-2026We had a fantastic stay with our children & grandchildren. Plenty of room for the six of us and Barry organised the pool room to be opened which was fantastic. As always the communication with Barry was second to none and cant thank him enough for all the information regarding restaurants and things to do around the area. Would highly recommend this villa.
Beautiful Villa

The owner Barry couldn't have been more friendly or more helpful from first enquiry until after we left. Quick to answer any questions and offered much useful advice. Wonderful!
