Description
Villa Bini Duc is located on the south-east coast of the island in the picturesque Binibeca resort. The wonderful white sand beach with turquoise waters is a short walk from the property, as are several restaurants and bars in the area. The dining options continue approximately a 10 minute walk away at what used to be a traditional fisherman's village at Binibeca Vell, and is now a popular attraction for visitors to the island. The towns San Luis and Mahon are 10 - 15 drive away and are connected by a public bus service.The exterior comprises of a large swimming pool with a sun terrace furnished with loungers and a table and chairs for al fresco dining, from which partial sea views can be enjoyed. Connected to the lounge and double bedroom, is a second covered terrace with garden sofas for relaxing in the shade, and a stone barbeque for outdoor cooking. This terrace is enclosed with a child safety gate.
The villa has been tastefully decorated and equipped to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. All rooms are distributed on ground level:
Open plan lounge/dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 1 twin bedroom with integrated shower and sink, 1 double bedroom with direct access to the terrace, 2 twin bedrooms, 1 shower room and 1 cloak room.

Great Place
By Georgie on 18-Jul-2026A great place to stay so close to the gorgeous beach in Binibeca. We loved the pool and sea view! The hosts were so quick to reply when some of the appliances weren't working, even late on a Saturday when we arrived. Don't expect much beyond the basic provisions, but everything was super clean and tidy.
Fantastic Holiday
By Sean on 11-Jul-2026We had a very restful holiday, loved the Villa which was only short walk from the beach whihc has bar and restaurant. There is a loacl super market near by. We decided to hire a car to allow us go to the bigger supermarkets for food shopping as there was seven of us and that was a good idea. Ialso brought road bike and enjoyed a few ealry moning spins out disccovering the island. Other wise it was a walk in the mronings, pool, beach, snorkling, jumping of the rocks into the sea from various heights. We also did an evening sunset boat trip with Faralmar Menorca Excursions which was class and the highlight of the holiday. We visited caves, swan, snorkled, paddleboarded and then went out to sea a bit to watch the sunset. We ended up doing dives off the boat into the sunset as the sun went down. People think the pics are AI !!
Great Holiday

They were kind enough to let us check in early, and although it wasn't possible with the check-out, they showed us their empathy, which is appreciated. Quiet location, easy to get to and easy to park too. We were able to walk to Cala Benibeca several days. the wonderful pool very good experience
Beautiful Villa

Host was very responsive and we had great communication, as soon as I texted there was an immediate response. Loved this villa, loved the area and we had an absolutely fantastic time
Lovely Stay
By Kerri on 09-Jun-2026We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa. Very clean with planty of room for our family. The kids loved the pool and everything was immaculate. The area has a stunning small beach 10 mins walk away, with beach bar selling delicious food & drinks all day. Supermarket was a short walk away and we enjoyed spending a day in Binibeca old town, exploring the small streets and lively restaurants. We were all sad to leave. Our host was so helpful and communication was too quality.
