This lovely, spacious 3 bedroom family villa, built on one level is located in the hugely popular Binibeca Nou area on Menorca’s pretty South East coast. On entering the villa through the privately gated courtyard and covered porch area, you enter into a large living/dining area which is fully furnished with comfy sofas, coffee table and dining table for 6 people. The living room is equipped with a TV with IPTV channels, DVD player, and Wi-Fi Internet access.

From the living room on the left hand side leads to the Master Bedroom with King Size Bed, Fitted Wardrobes and has an En-Suite bathroom and direct access to the pool area. On the other side of the lounge directly in front of the front door, there is another door that also leads to the pool area. Just before the door to the pool area, on the left hand side there is an archway that leads to a fully fitted kitchen which is bright and spacious and well supplied with an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and all the utensils and crockery necessary for a self-catering holiday.

On the right hand side of the door to the pool area is a small hallway that leads to a Double Bedroom with King Size bed and this too has its own En-Suite bathroom. Opposite this is a twin bedroom and on the right hand side and a bathroom at the end of the hallway. As you come out of the door to the pool area, there are stairs that lead to the roof terrace. By the pool terrace there is a covered area with a dining table and chairs, a 2 seater sofa, chair and small table (all rattan) and sunbeds.

Outside the villa to the rear there is a large terrace area and 8m x 4m swimming pool with sunbeds for 6 people as well as a shaded pagoda area with dining table and 6 chairs.

The villa is fully air-conditioned.

The villa is an 8-10 minute walk to Binibeca beach, 5 minutes from a large choice of bars and restaurants and connectable to Punta Prima by the land train where there is another beach, many more restaurants and bars and a large waterpark.

Binibeca is a quiet, idyllic village on the south coast of Menorca, perfect for those who want to escape the atmosphere of more touristy and populated places. You won’t see any skyscrapers or other hotel bars here!!

The beach: A beautiful beach of fine white sand with a shaded picnic area and public toilets. Free parking. A cove surrounded by rocks, ideal for snorkeling. The bar “Los Bucaneros” (old fishermen’s house) serves small dishes, snacks and cold drinks. Rescue workers. Kayak and small electric boat rental from the beach. Sun loungers and umbrella for rent. Behind the beach, ice cream, drinks, and pancakes. The place is popular with families with young children, but due to its size it is not crowded.
