Description
A fully equipped modern detached villa in Binibeca in its own grounds, with a private pool and air conditioning in all bedrooms. In a quiet location and with sea view. The beautiful Binibeca beach enjoys Blue Flag status and is 650 metres away and 9 minutes walk. A 5 minute stroll will take you to several local bars and restaurants, and there are a couple of small well stocked supermarkets - which have fresh bread daily. A children's' playground is nearby, plus the bus stop giving regular service, and the local 'road train' which can easily take you to other beaches and resorts.The Villa can sleep up to 6 and is superb throughout and fully furnished. It has 3 double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large lounge/diner - which leads out to the patio - which is next to the pool so a great way for family and friends to chill out. Maybe cook on the BBQ or just laze around the pool with a cool drink and check out what the fantastic Island of Menorca can offer you.
There are lots of lovely coves and beaches all around for you to explore. Great for paddling, swimming, snorkelling or just making sand castles!
There is a Dive centre for scuba diving and kayak centre in the next small town - about 4 minutes walk from Binibeca beach. Or perhaps the fairly new Aqua Park near Punta Prima opened in May 2015 nearby for all ages.. You have a choice. Because Menorca is lush and green, it has lots of flowers and plants and the Island's natural beauty remains unspoilt. There are no high-rise buildings or hotels in Binibeca. Menorca is clean and tidy and at your villa the street bins are emptied daily. The Island also has lots of history, and larger towns which showcase this are easy to reach. Sant Lluis is the nearest - about 6 minutes in a car- with its famous Windmill - has fresh fish, vegetables, meat, bread, cakes...other shops... plus some great Tapas Bars and Restaurants!. It is also host to many festivals - so worth checking out what's there when you are!
Closer still about 6 minutes walk from the villa, is the enchanting Binibeca Vell, a recreated fishing village. A maze of narrow streets, whitewashed walls and Moorish arches, with shops, bars and restaurants - and all traffic free. No vehicles allowed in the Village!
Mahon and Cuitadella are easy to reach and have lots of architecture, shops and walkways. Both towns have harbours and boats.
Menorcan's are friendly, polite and helpful. The Island is beautiful - and the weather is great!

Great House in Menorca – Highly Recommended
By Reto Egloff on 04-Jul-2026We had a wonderful holiday in Menorca and really enjoyed staying in this house. The property is exactly as described and offered everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, which is automatically available from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. only. It is not possible to switch the air conditioning on outside these hours. The only thing we missed was air conditioning in the living room. During our stay, the weather was very hot and humid, so having air conditioning in the main living area would have made a big difference. This was especially noticeable because there were mosquitoes, which made it difficult to spend time outside in the evenings. Apart from these points, everything else was perfect. The pool was cleaned regularly, and the house was also cleaned after one week, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend this property

Excellent place to stay
By Marie on 27-Jun-2026We loved staying at this villa, couldn't fault it in anyway. Lovely pool and gardens were kept lovely. The owners are superb and answered any queries we had. Very helpful indeed. Great location 10 min walk 2 beach 5 mins to supermarket and a few eating places.

Fab stay
By Sarah on 20-Sep-2025Fab stay at villa. So close to beautiful beach some bars and restaurants. Very quiet area to relax around the pool and chill. Road train great value to see other parts of the area and taxis reasonable to get around. I would say the interior could do with a bit of an upgrade to make this an amazing villa

Fantastic Casa Del Mar, Binebequer
By Denise and David Rickard on 30-Aug-2025We were very fortunate to be able to return to the lovely house - Casa del Mar in Binebequer recently. As always the house was spotlessly clean, the pool and gardens around the house were beautiful and provided a wonderful relaxing, comfortable holiday in this lovely area. There was everything we needed in the house. The owners make such an effort to make sure their guests are well looked after. They provided a very generous welcome pack and the kitchen cupboards were even stocked with essentials like salt, pepper, sauces, tea, coffee sugar etc as well as toilet rolls and cleaning products. There is also a BBQ and table football for guests use (from May-Sept) We would thoroughly recommend this beautiful house to any future guests and will greatly look forward to going back there again next year. Wonderful Stay

Booking process was very easy and Margaret & Martin were very helpful with any queries throughout the whole process. Villa was immaculately clean when we arrived and the “Welcome Pack” was a very nice surprise. Only a 10 to 15 minute stroll to everything you need including Bars, Restaurants and Beach. I would highly recommend both the Villa and Binibèquer to anyone looking for a relaxing break close to amenities.

A lovely holiday villa in a great location.

It's just a short walk to a supermarket and places to eat and drink in one direction, and to the beach in the other. Great for a stroll in the evenings too. The owners were friendly and helpful and kept us well informed by email about our booking. Recommended.
