Casa del Mar is located in the picturesque residential area of Binidalí, on the southeast coast of the island. The beautiful white sand beach with turquoise waters is less than a 5-minute walk from the house, and other south coast beaches, such as Binisafúa, Binibeca, and Punta Prima, are just a 5-10 minute drive away. The island's capital, Mahon, with its natural harbour and a wonderful selection of bars and restaurants, is less than a 15-minute drive from the property.The property is situated on a spacious double plot of approximately 2,165 square meters, offering stunning sea views, lush gardens filled with indigenous plants and flowers, and multiple areas for relaxing in either the sun or shade. Adjacent to the lounge is a covered porch equipped with an outdoor dining table, perfect for enjoying al fresco family meals. The swimming pool, measuring 9.5 by 4.5 meters, is surrounded by a tiled terrace furnished with outdoor sofas and sunbeds. Additionally, a second dining table and chairs are positioned next to the large stone barbecue, which overlooks the expansive lawn and children's play area.
Casa del Mar is an ideal property for large families. Tastefully decorated with quality furnishings, it offers a perfect retreat for guests. The property features a main house and an annex for larger groups, which is available at an additional cost.

Final Balance 60 days prior to arrival: 75 % (non-refundable)
Security deposit: 500 € (the security deposit can be paid in advance or on arrival and will be returned via bank transfer after departure)
Eco-tax: 2.00 €/night/person 16 years and over
Cancellation must be made in writing by the lead guest.
A cancellation charge of 25% of the total price is payable for cancellations more than 60 days before arrival.

Spectacular House

The cleanliness was perfect, and there was a great selection of kitchenware and dining equipment. Recycling was easy and convenient, and there was plenty of space for children. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Gurbia’s service was excellent and very professional.
Fabulous Villa

If we return to Menorca, we will definitely stay at Casa del Mar again. And a 10 out of 10 for Gurbia's attention and friendliness.

Fabulous House
By Laura on 22-Aug-2026This is a fabulous house with top location and views the perfect set up inside and outside for large family gatherings with multiple generations and interest. We had teens, parents and grandparents and each of them loved the house, grounds and location. The outdoor area is great as it has several different gathering areas so while we were all together folks could find a quiet spot when needed and there was always space for everyone at mealtime. You can walk to some of the prettiest swimming- will snorkeling to caves if you want or just basking at the beach, within 5 mins. The Managment team was also excellent we didn’t have many needs but for the few we did they were on it instantly. All round wonderful !
