Description
Casas Fiesta is a charming, detached 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with a private heated swimming pool. The villa comes with parking, FREE air-conditioning/heating in all 4 bedrooms, open -plan kitchen, separate large utility room with washing machine and American style fridge/freezer, SONOS speakers plus 2 Bluetooth Wonderboom speakers, FREE WIFI, Smart TV, Playstation and additional TV/DVD handy for the children. High chair and a travel cot are available on request at no extra charge.Once you enter the gate to Casas Fiesta you are welcomed into what can only be described as a tranquil and beautiful courtyard. This is the perfect place to unwind and find peace amongst the lemon and fig trees, relax on the swinging chairs or natural carved wooden bench. This area is cleverly lit at night time highlighting the cactus garden and pathway to this delightful villa. It is truly stunning!
The open plan modern kitchen is the hub of the villa. Previously 2 separate villas and now merged into one, the kitchen is centrally located offering a spacious dining area looking out to the pool with sea views as far as the eye can see. Access to the pool is via French Doors which span the poolside. A separate lounge off from the kitchen to the left side of the villa houses a log burner, cosy sofas and TV area.
At either end of the villa, the bedrooms consist of 2 Kingsize and 2 twin rooms with 1 bathroom and 1 shower room.
Outside the extended sun terrace surrounds a large pool 8m x 4m. Provided are 8 sun-loungers and a beautiful traditional Spanish BBQ area, perfect for Al fresco dining poolside whilst watching the sunset! Beautiful!
Pool heating is available at an extra charge but the clever heat retaining pool cover provided should keep the pool at a perfect temperature throughout your stay. Pool towels are provided in addition to bathroom towels and fresh linen each week. Beach towels are available for £10 per person per week. Pool and bathroom towels are not for beach use please.
Casas Fiesta is perfectly suited to 2 families or a family traveling with relatives. Location is 15 minutes by car from Mahon Airport and 20 minutes from Mahon centre, the capital of Menorca. Buses are also available to use and are a very easy way to visit Mahon. Provided in the villa are local taxi numbers as well as a bus timetable. Car hire is not essential as the local public transport is very good.
The family friendly resort of Cala n' Porter is 5 minutes walk away with many restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The beautiful bay and sandy beach is 10 minute walk from the villa and offers kayaks, SUP's and amazing snorkelling. The famous Cova d'en Xoroi are only 10 minutes walk from Casas Fiesta and a wonderful spot to enjoy a drink and watch the sunset. You can also join the wonderful coastal walk along the Cami de Cavalls only 5 minutes walk from the villa.

No smoking in the villa. You may smoke outside on the terrace. We do not accept young singles groups, stag or hen parties.
Booking Notes: A non refundable deposit of 25% is payable on booking and the balance is payable 10 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of £300 is added to the balance to be paid, and will be returned within seven days after departure unless there are any breakages, excessive cleaning required or damage, the cost of which will be deducted before repayment is made. Balance payment due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

It has a really welcoming and homely feel. The hosts were also fantastic and very accommodating throughout. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.
Wonderful Villa

It’s a beautiful, spacious and very comfortable villa that really feels like a home away from home. There’s plenty of room to comfortably accommodate two families, making it a perfect choice for a holiday with family or friends. Everyone has their own space, while there are also lovely areas to come together, relax and enjoy time as a family. The pool and outdoor area were a real highlight and ideal for long, lazy days in the Menorcan sunshine. The location is fantastic too. You can easily walk to the local restaurants, bars and amenities, which makes evenings out with the family so easy and enjoyable. Casa Fiesta is a really special place for a family holiday and somewhere we would happily return to. We made some lovely memories here and would wholeheartedly recommend it to families looking for a relaxing, comfortable and welcoming place to stay in Cala en Porter. ☀️❤️🇪🇸
WOW what a gem of a find, absolutely perfect!
By Linda on 05-Sep-2026Our first trip to Menorca and what a find Casas Fiesta was. It suited us perfectly as couples but would also work brilliantly for 2 families as the layout provides 2 areas each with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, plus a central shared living, dining and kitchen space for everyone that opens out onto a lovely terrace and pool. The owners have thought of everything, from thick fluffy pool and bath towels to hair straighteners and dryers in the bedrooms. All the bedding is excellent quality and the bedrooms are decorated with nice touches. A utility room houses a huge American fridge which is great for storing extra water and drinks. The kitchen is a really social area with a breakfast bar, dining area and all the utensils and crockery you could possibly need. A sunny, front courtyard garden greets you on arrival - perfect for an early morning cuppa in the sunshine. The location of this villa is perfect and so much is within walking distance (which was really important to us) including the cliffside cave bar and several other bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The airport is only 15 minutes drive away too with taxis easily available and parking right outside the villa. The communication with the owner was exceptional and she made sure we had everything we needed and was super quick to respond to questions. Can't wait to book again, we are already looking at flights for next year!

By Colette on 15-Aug-2026We had a fabulous holiday at Casa Fiesta in Menorca and couldn’t have asked for a better experience from start to finish. The preparation before our trip was fantastic. Emma and her team were incredibly helpful and responsive, which gave us complete confidence that everything would be well looked after. Our arrival at the villa was seamless, thanks to the meticulous arrangements they had put in place. The villa itself is beautiful, with a lovely pool that our granddaughter absolutely adored. She spent hours enjoying it with her dad, Grandad and Auntie. The shops and restaurants are only around a six-minute walk away, with a smooth, easy route all the way. If walking is a little challenging, the roads felt perfectly safe, and hiring a small vehicle or scooter is another great option. It was also my birthday while we were away, and I was thoroughly spoiled with some lovely presents, including cava and a delicious chocolate cake from Emma and her team. Such a thoughtful and personal touch! All in all, it was a wonderful holiday in a beautiful villa, made even more special by the care and attention from Emma and her team. We would highly recommend Casa Fiesta and would love to return. We enjoyed a dramatic ending to our holiday with a very, very impressive lightning storm — certainly a memorable way to finish an amazing stay! Thank you, Emma & team for everything. ❤️

A great place to stay
By Family Kirk on 24-Jul-2026We stayed at these villas some 30 years ago with our 2 young daughters and another family who were friends. Back then it was two separate villas but we enjoyed ourselves so much there we kept the details intending to return. This year we returned with our two grown up daughters and our grandchildren. The villas had been updated/redecorated to a high spec and both villas were now conjoined with a small walkway to make an easy access through both villas which were fully stocked with all kitchen equipment and utensils and a sound system. Emma, the owner, was extremely helpful in providing all the information needed and responding quickly to queries. It is in the perfect location for a quiet family holiday and we will be back again, no doubt, with further grandchildren, hopefully within the next 30 years.
