Description
This lovely detached villa sleeps up to 6 people. It has 3 bedrooms being a king, a double and a twin room…..all with air conditioning. There are 2 bathrooms…..one with a bath & shower over & the second with a shower. The good size lounge/diner has a settee area, air conditioning, dining table & chairs with patio doors leading to the garden. The modern kitchen has a fridge freezer, microwave, oven, hob and all kitchen utensils. It sleeps up to 6 people and is fully air conditioned. There is a good size private pool with Roman steps to the shallow end. The villa is walled & gated for privacy and security. There are sun beds, parasols and an outside dining area with BBQ. The villa has WiFi, a TV, a washing machine and is just 10 minutes walk from the centre of Calan Porter and the beach steps. It’s just 5 mins walk to the fabulous Cova den Xoroi caves and club Menorca with its fantastic views. The airport is just 15 minutes drive away. Calan Porter has an array of bars & restaurants, supermarkets, a pharmacy, doctors surgery, childrens play areas, a main square, hire car companies and a beautiful blue flag beach with sun beds, beach bars/restaurants & free parking. There are pedaloes and kayaks for hire. There is a taxi rank and bus service in Calan Porter.Changeover day is usually Friday but maybe be flexible. Please ask.
Prices in May & October are priced for 2 people sharing. There maybe a small supplement for extra persons. Owner will advise.
To reserve the villa a deposit of 25% is required and the balance is due 12 weeks prior to arrival. All payments are by bank transfer.

Fabulous
By Sarah on 15-May-2026I almost want to keep this villa a secret for our family. We have had a wonderful 2 weeks. The villa was very clean and is clearly looked after. Everything we needed when staying in to eat as the kitchen is well equipped. There were 5 of us and it was lovely to have so much space. The villa is in a great location and is very peaceful. The pool and terrace was a massive hit with a.lovely seating area on an eve. Great communication with the owners. Would love to return in the future. Thanks for a lovely holiday x
Great villa in Cala en Porter

Clean, modern, spacious, well equipped and run by a lovely couple. They have even thought about games to entertain the kids, big and small! We have already booked again for next year :-)

Amazing place to stay

Great host and villa
By Ania on 19-Jul-2024It was our second time we were renting villa from Angela and we are now booked for the next year! Can’t wait! Villa Jack is a very good size with very good size pool! Pool is unbelievable clean and water is always warm. Villa is very well maintained and there is anything you need for you stay(including beach/pool towels). Very quiet around so you can relax when sunbathing or swim. Great location from the beach and shops. 15min away from the airport.

Close to La Pallette and the caves great position..

Beautiful Villa
By Lol & Jayne on 22-May-2024We stayed in Villa Jack for 10 nights. On arrival the villa was more than we expected - it had only recently been renovated and everything was immaculate. The Villa is equipped to a very high standard with everything you could possibly need provided. We did experience one or two very minor issues which did not really inconvenience us but when we reported them to the owners they were swiftly dealt with. We cannot fault the villa in any way and would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone.
