Description
This lovely detached villa sleeps up to 6 people. It has 3 bedrooms being a king, a double and a twin room…..all with air conditioning. There are 2 bathrooms…..one with a bath & shower over & the second with a shower. The good size lounge/diner has a settee area, air conditioning, dining table & chairs with patio doors leading to the garden. The modern kitchen has a fridge freezer, microwave, oven, hob and all kitchen utensils. It sleeps up to 6 people and is fully air conditioned. There is a good size private pool with Roman steps to the shallow end. The villa is walled & gated for privacy and security. There are sun beds, parasols and an outside dining area with BBQ. The villa has WiFi, uk TV, a washing machine and is just 10 minutes walk from the centre of Calan Porter and the beach steps. It’s just 5 mins walk to the fabulous Cova den Xoroi caves and club Menorca with its fantastic views. The airport is a 15 minute drive away. Calan Porter has an array of bars & restaurants, supermarkets, a pharmacy, doctors surgery, children's play areas, a main square, hire car companies and a beautiful blue flag beach with sun beds, beach bars/restaurants & free parking. There are pedaloes and kayaks for hire. There is a taxi rank and bus service in Calan Porter.Changeover day is usually Friday but maybe be flexible. Please ask.
Prices in May & October are priced for 2 people sharing. There maybe a small supplement for extra persons. Owner will advise.
To reserve the villa a deposit of 25% is required and the balance is due 12 weeks prior to arrival. All payments are by bank transfer.

Another Great Holiday at Villa Jack
By Don & Sue on 13-Jun-2026We have stayed at this villa over a number of years. The villa always surpasses expectations, by being immaculately clean, tidy and very well cared for inside and out. Inside the villa the lounge / dining area & main bedroom are large and the furniture & fittings are comfortable and of a high quality. The modern kitchen has all the equipment and utensils required (should you wish to eat at the villa) The villa air con has recently been enhanced with the addition of A/C units now in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. The outside area including a sun terrace / dining area is spacious and the equipment (sunbeds, umbrellas, dining table and chairs + the outside shower and BBQ) are of a very high standard and are always kept in pristine condition. The pool itself is always inviting as it is very clean with crystal clear water, this is due to the water quality and cleanliness being checked at least twice a week. Location of the villa is in a quiet area with a 10 minute walk to the Supermarkets, Bars, Restaurants and the beach. Looking forward to our next visit. Thanks Angie and Nas and see you next year

Excellent villa
By Karen and Dave Ricketts on 03-Jul-2026We had the most wonderful stay at villa Jack. The villa is exactly as described and located in a perfect, quiet spot. It is only a 10/15 minute walk to the beach and local town.The space was very clean, spacious, and perfect for our family. We especially loved the private pool and the beautiful outdoor dining area. Air-conditioning in every room was a blessing. We always have an early flight and the villa is always ready. We would fully recommend.

Villa Jack Memories
By Rhona Murphy on 05-Jun-2026Villa Jack exceeded all my expectations of the perfect holiday home in the Menorcan sun. Without a doubt it was 5*. Angie was the perfect host, from initial booking to departure, keeping in touch via what's app. The villa is located in a very peaceful area and a short walk from restaurants, supermarket etc. It was spotlessly clean throughout, with beautiful bed linen and towels. Inside is very spacious and has everything you need. The outside space just "blew me away"...wow!!! We spent most of the time on the stunning terrace overlooking the pool. It has the most comfortable sun beds, patio/dining table and beautiful parasols and a super outside shower. The charcoal BBQ was very very nice! We thoroughly enjoyed bbqs in the evening sunshine, along with a little al fresco refreshment. The local supermarkets are well equipped. We dined out in a few of the local reataurants and also down at the beach...all good. I stayed in a villa belonging to Angie many many years ago...and stumbled upon Simply Owners when looking for a place to stay...I contacted Angie and had no hesitation at all in booking Villa Jack. It is really really lovely and I highly recommend.. you will not be disappointed ...just book it!! Thanks Angie for making my return to a Calan Porter so very very special. By Sarah on 15-May-2026I almost want to keep this villa a secret for our family. We have had a wonderful 2 weeks. The villa was very clean and is clearly looked after. Everything we needed when staying in to eat as the kitchen is well equipped. There were 5 of us and it was lovely to have so much space. The villa is in a great location and is very peaceful. The pool and terrace was a massive hit with a.lovely seating area on an eve. Great communication with the owners. Would love to return in the future. Thanks for a lovely holiday x

Great villa in Cala en Porter

Clean, modern, spacious, well equipped and run by a lovely couple. They have even thought about games to entertain the kids, big and small! We have already booked again for next year :-)
