Description
Siesta Mar Beach House is a unique apartment located in a very popular complex. With arguably one of the best, uninterrupted Sea View from all of the apartments in the complex, this holiday home is very special. Petit in size, 29m2, but with all the amenities you could want from a holiday home, including air conditioning in the lounge. The entire apartment is bright and fresh and is literally a 5-minute walk to the beach. The apartment sleeps 2 adults or is perfect for individuals looking for a relaxing holiday. (Please note, there is no bedroom door on the bedroom). All apartments are subject to an additional 200 euro security deposit, which is refundable the day after your check out date. We also charge a cleaning fee of 100 euros for each booking.Tourist Number: VT414/1896

By Philipp on 13-Mar-2025One week at the end of March, weather permeated and seasonally, in Cala en Porter 1 rest. open, shopping on site, offer OK including fresh vegetables, meat, drinks, etc. - the apartment is perfect as a base for exploring the island and all the sights, also offers any necessary comfort for 1, resp. 2 persons - for more people possibly too small.

The appartment is well equiped and offers you a comfort stay, perfect for rest days on the terrace or sunny moments at 10minutes of walk beach. The most pressure on this appartment is definetely the terrace and its view. The location is quiet even that we have for few days noisy italians neighbours. Cala en Porter is not much party place, but offers great beach, not huge like Son Bou, but well equiped and also with crystal clear water like the rest of south menorcan beaches. There is easy parking in front of the appartment building straight on the street or in next street.
