Villa Florida is nestled in the cliff-top tourist resort of Cala’n Porter on the island’s south coast and just a 10-minute drive from the airport. Ideal for families, the town offers a variety of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and souvenir shops, all within easy walking distance. The stunning beach with its crystal-clear waters can be accessed by road or steps and features two beach bars serving local tapas and drinks. Other beautiful south coast beaches, such as Binibeca, Punta Prima, Binisafúa, and Son Bou, are approximately a 15-minute drive away, and the capital, Mahon, is only 10 minutes by car. Car rentals are available in the resort, and a daily summer bus service runs between Cala’n Porter and Mahon.The exterior of this beautifully refurbished villa exudes modern elegance, with clean lines and stylish touches, creating the ideal outdoor living space. Accessed via exterior steps, the villa is arranged on one level and includes an open-plan lounge with a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a second double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and an additional shower room. The property is fully air-conditioned, ensuring comfort throughout.

Payment Schedule
Confirmation Deposit: 10% (refundable up to 60 days prior to arrival)
60 days prior to arrival: 90% (non-refundable)

Balearic Government Eco-tax: 2.00 € per person, per night for all guests 16 years and over
Security deposit: 300 € per stay
Cancellation must be made in writing by the lead guest.
Free cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival.
A cancellation charge of 100% of the total price is payable for cancellations within 60 days before arrival.
Minimum Age: The person placing the booking must be over 25 years of age.
All guests are obliged to complete the required Passport or ID information prior to arrival in accordance with Spanish legislation.

Beautiful Villa

From initial enquiries through to booking and pre arrival everything was organised and well communicated. Would recommend using this Company; we will definitely use them for future bookings. The villa was beautifully finished and had everything we could have wanted. The pool and outdoor areas are stunning and have various seating areas, including a roof terrace to watch the sunsets in the evenings. We would love to return to Villa Florida in the future. Beautiful and Tranquil
By Sharon on 26-Apr-2026This was beautiful and tranquil. The facilities were excellent. The outside space having different areas to sit or sunbath. There are villas close by but not overlooked. The kitchen is well equipped even with an air fryer. Having 2 bathrooms is great, the en suite is a shower over the bath whilst the other is a walk in shower. We had an issue with one of the sinks, but this was sorted within a couple of hours. Air conditioning in each bedroom and main living area. As the villa is about at 10 minute walk from the bars, restaurants and local supermarket recommend hiring a car as it up steep bank. There is plenty of space to park the hire car outside of the villa. If you have mobility issues there are lots of steps from the roadside up to the villa.
Wonderful Holiday

We are going to go back next year. Gurbia from La Villa Menorca was excellent from when we booked until we left. Highly recommend booking this superb villa through this excellent agent.
Great Stay
By Christophe on 25-Oct-2025Great stay in this wonderful villa, located in Cala en Porter, charming seaside city. The villa were very clean and comfy and well furnished. We appreciated a lot the quiet area, very close to supermarkets and nice restaurants (ten minutes walk). The outside is fabulous, with pool and rooftop allowing pretty views. Gurbia were extremely helpful and always quick responsive. A guidebook has been provided some days before our arrival, with all information to discover the island and with great recommendations. Thank you very much Gurbia ! We loved everything ! We hope to come back again.
Beautiful Place
By Debbie on 13-Sep-2025Beautiful place and very nice outlook on the patio and rooftop. Recommend staying here, as the villa is very well laid out and extremely well equipped. Kitchen utensils and equipment perfect and the whole place is beautifully furnished. Comfy double bed in main bedroom and lovely en-suite bathroom. Gurbia were extremely helpful and always on hand. I really felt like they knew how to run this business. Cala en Porter can be a bit hilly, but very pretty indeed. Villa is private, and you felt secluded,even though there were lots of villas around the area. All in all, a wonderful villa with exceptional amenities and beautiful clean rooms. Thank you Gurbia.
