This spacious three bedroom retreat is designed to make your holiday feel effortless from the moment you arrive.Every detail inside the villa is crafted to maximise the enjoyment of your stay:
• Three generous bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom, built-in wardrobes, plenty of drawer space, air conditioning, ceiling fan and hairdryer - ideal for families or groups who value comfort and privacy.
• A safe in one bedroom for added peace of mind.
• A fully equipped kitchen (renewed in 2026) with everything you need to cook, snack or entertain: dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, gas hob, microwave, toaster and kettle.
• A washing machine conveniently located just outside the kitchen.
• A bright, airy living room with ceiling fan, 50'' TV with Amazon Firestick (including live British TV) and a Bluetooth speaker for relaxed evenings in.
• Unlimited Wi-Fi throughout the villa to keep everyone connected.
The villa’s private and generously-sized outdoor space is ideal for relaxation and where holiday mode truly begins:
• A large, secluded garden wrapped around your own private pool - perfect for sun soaked days.
• A shallow pool section ideal for young children, plus an outdoor shower.
• A shaded dining area beside the barbecue, creating the perfect setting for long, lazy lunches or relaxed evening meals.
• Comfortable sun loungers for unwinding in total tranquillity.
Villa Oliver's prime location puts everything you need within easy reach:
• Cala’n Porter’s lively centre - with a great selection of fantastic bars and restaurants, supermarkets, a chemist and ATMs is just a 3 minute stroll away.
• The stunning beach is a 15 minute walk down the steps or simply hop on the high season beach bus.
• A children’s play park and an astroturf basketball/football pitch are close by, making it ideal for families.
• The airport is only 15 minutes away by car, with taxis readily available for around €25.
Booking is straightforward, just check availability and send us your enquiry:
• Standard changeover day is Friday, with some flexibility outside peak season.
• Check-in from 16:00; check-out by 10:00. If you arrive before 16.00 you are welcome to leave suitcases at the villa and get your holiday started!
• A 25% deposit secures your stay.
• The remaining balance, a £200 refundable damage deposit and tourist tax are due 10 weeks before departure.
• Tourist tax for guests aged 16 and over: £15 for one week or £25 for two weeks.
• A cot and highchair are available on request for £10 each (select “Optional Extras” when enquiring).

Great villa great location..
By Julie Gibbs on 17-Jul-2026Very well maintained villa outside as well as inside, a real home from home. Three good size bedrooms all en suite. Location perfect in a quiet residential area but only 6- 7 mins to central Calan Porter.

Wonderful villa
By magan on 05-Jun-2026We had a really lovely relaxing holiday in this beautiful villa.It is very spacious,well equipped and spotlessly clean.The garden is so colourful and the bougainvillea attracted lots of lovely butterflies.The location was perfect for us,close to all amenities yet very quiet and peaceful.The bus stop to Mahon is really close by.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Fantastic Villa
By Marlene Ruthven on 26-Jun-2026The best villa we have ever stayed in. Nicely decorated and very well equipped with everything you need. All three bedrooms were en suite which was a great bonus. Brilliant location, just a few minutes walk to shops, bars and restaurants. All bedrooms had air con and ceiling fans, the fans are very strong and kept everyone nice and cool. The outside area is gorgeous, very private with lovely trees and plants, large plot wrapped round the villa. Bougainvillea was beautiful with loads of butterflies around it, lovely to just watch them. Pool was very nice with plenty of sunbeds and seating with 2 separate dining areas. Communication with Andy was fantastic and kept us informed with everything we needed. We really had the best time and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you Andy and Justine for an amazing stay in your gorgeous villa.

Fabulous villa, ideal location, very well equipped

Andy is great to deal with, very responsive when booking and highly efficient wirh the business side of things. The villa is spacious, on a lovely big plot with trees and plants on every side. Having a bathroom per bedroom was a great plus point, there were 4 of using the hot water every day, and there was always plenty, no cold showers! The villa is very well equipped and very clean and comfortable. Ideally located, just a 5 minute walk to the bars and restaurants, of which there are an abundance catering for all tastes. 007 Bar over the road wasn't open, it was very peaceful and easy to relax. Fans and aircon work very efficiently, a godsend in the midst of a heatwave! Lovely outdoor space, with some shade and the pool is perfecr ( with a shallow area if you have little ones ) All in all a lovely place to stay! Thank you Andy!

Amazing villa
By Michelle on 16-May-2025Stayed at villa Oliver about 6 times now can't praise it enough lovely 3 bedroom all en suite ,private pool .Very close to the town and you can always get hold of the owners if need be which I might add are a lovely couple .Highly recommended

Lovely Villa
