Villa in Cala'n Porter, Menorca - This Modern Villa Is All On The Flat, The Only Steps Are Into The Hot Tub.Villa Suzanna is a Private modern detached villa with own pool and hot tub Jacuzzi. Air-Con in 3 bedrooms. Situated in a quiet position but only 5 mins to centre, 15 min to beach. Barbecue terrace and pool area is enclosed to give privacy.

A very spacious, well located villa.
By Chris Jenks on 07-Aug-2026We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Suzanna! The large living area, and 3 well sized air conditioned bedrooms were a luxury. The location provided privacy and a relaxed environment, and still a close walk into town. The beautiful beach is only 15 mins away. The large pool was great for the whole family, and the terrace perfect for a relaxing afternoon. The host was super friendly, and gave is lots of helpful advice and suggestions. Ultimately, the villa had everything we needed as a base for a wonderful holiday, and we will definitely visit again.
Great villa

The location was excellent, with local shops, restaurants, and attractions all close by, making it easy to get around. We would happily stay here again and would recommend it to others looking for a relaxing place to stay.

Perfect stay in a lovely villa and great service from Suzzanne, thank you and see you again next year!

Fantastic villa
By Rachel on 30-Aug-2025We spent a week at Villa Suzanna and it was wonderful. The outside space is very private with a fabulous pool and hot tub. It’s only a short walk to the bars, restaurants and shops. We will definitely be back.
Really lovely villa in a great location

The communication from the owner was also great with lots of advice provided for the villa and local area as well as the island.
