Casa Timée is situated in the tranquil residential area of Cales Coves, just a 5-minute drive from the charming village of Sant Climent and the stunning white sand beach at Calan Porter, where you can explore a range of bars, restaurants, and souvenir shops. Other white sand beaches on the south coast, such as Binidalí, Binibeca, and Binisafúa, as well as the capital town of Mahón, are all accessible within a 10-minute drive.Set on an expansive 860m² plot, the villa boasts a stunning outdoor space designed for relaxation and enjoyment. The spacious garden has an impressive 12m x 5m swimming pool with an incorporated shallow platform for small children. Surrounding the pool is a tiled terrace with comfortable loungers for sunbathing, and an exterior dining area, complete with a large table, chairs, and a stone barbecue, providing the ideal setting for alfresco meals. With direct access to the lounge, a covered porch with an inviting outdoor sofa offers a cosy spot to unwind and relax in the shade.
The villa has been beautifully refurbished in 2024, and offers a blend of modern elegance and comfort. The interior features high-quality materials and finishes with all rooms distributed on the ground floor:

Payment Schedule
Confirmation Deposit: 25% (non-refundable)
60 days prior to arrival: 75% (non-refundable)
Payment methods: Credit/Debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express) or Bank transfer
Balearic Government Eco-tax: 2.00 € per person, per night for all guests 16 years and over
Security deposit: 500 € per stay
Cancellation must be made in writing by the lead guest.
A cancellation charge of 25% of the total price is payable for cancellations more than 60 days prior to arrival.
A cancellation charge of 100% of the total price is payable for cancellations within 60 days prior to arrival.
Minimum Age: The person placing the booking must be over 25 years of age.
All guests are obliged to complete the required Passport or ID information prior to arrival in accordance with Spanish legislation.

The property is furnished and equipped for self-catering for the maximum capacity of the property.
The property will be clean upon arrival with bed linen and bath towels for all guests.

Fantastic Stay
By Harjinder on 04-Jul-2026Villa Timee is one to remember, location is amazing, close to the beach, close to the city/supermarkets, the villa itself is finished to a very high standard, the pool is huge, the BBQ and outdoor seating area is perfect for families or larger groups, would 100% stay here again! Host was amazing too, super responsive and quick to respond when needed, lovely people, thank you for the great stay!
Beautiful Villa
By Debra on 26-Jun-2026I had a wonderful week away at the beautiful Casa Timee. Gurbia was incredibly responsive to my questions. The pool is wonderful and clean and fresh in the heat. There are amenities galore - everything you could want and things you didn’t know you wanted (a very full cupboard of herbs and spices, games for the kids, a smoothie maker etc). The kitchen appliances are top notch. The outside has plenty of seating, parasols, a BBQ, a lovely sofa where I had my morning coffee listening to the birds. I had such a lovely time
Great Stay

We were there with small children and were provided with both a travel cot and a high chair. The accommodation is generally not designed for small children, but it was fine for us. We would definitely come back:)

Exceptional Stay
By Thierry on 02-May-2026We had an exceptional stay in this villa in Menorca. The accommodation is quite simply splendid, very easy to get to, and exactly as described. Communication was impeccable: for every question or minor issue, the response was prompt and effective, which we really appreciated. One particularly special touch that meant a lot to us: on my birthday, someone came to wish me well with a card and a bottle of wine. This is a rare gesture that I had never encountered before in my previous experiences. The pool is beautiful, and the surroundings are extremely pleasant, lulled by the singing of the birds – a truly relaxing experience. The bedding is of very good quality, although slightly more comfortable pillows could further enhance the experience. The kitchen is spacious and very well equipped; there was almost nothing missing, apart from a salad spinner, which would have been a nice addition.
