Casa Timée is situated in the tranquil residential area of Cales Coves, just a 5-minute drive from the charming village of Sant Climent and the stunning white sand beach at Calan Porter, where you can explore a range of bars, restaurants, and souvenir shops. Other white sand beaches on the south coast, such as Binidalí, Binibeca, and Binisafúa, as well as the capital town of Mahón, are all accessible within a 10-minute drive.Set on an expansive 860m² plot, the villa boasts a stunning outdoor space designed for relaxation and enjoyment. The spacious garden has an impressive 12m x 5m swimming pool with an incorporated shallow platform for small children. Surrounding the pool is a tiled terrace with comfortable loungers for sunbathing, and an exterior dining area, complete with a large table, chairs, and a stone barbecue, providing the ideal setting for alfresco meals. With direct access to the lounge, a covered porch with an inviting outdoor sofa offers a cosy spot to unwind and relax in the shade.

Payment Schedule
Confirmation Deposit: 25% (non-refundable)
60 days prior to arrival: 75% (non-refundable)
Payment methods: Credit/Debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express) or Bank transfer
Balearic Government Eco-tax: 2.00 € per person, per night for all guests 16 years and over
Security deposit: 500 € per stay
Cancellation must be made in writing by the lead guest.
A cancellation charge of 25% of the total price is payable for cancellations more than 60 days prior to arrival.
A cancellation charge of 100% of the total price is payable for cancellations within 60 days prior to arrival.
Minimum Age: The person placing the booking must be over 25 years of age.
All guests are obliged to complete the required Passport or ID information prior to arrival in accordance with Spanish legislation.

The property will be clean upon arrival with bed linen and bath towels for all guests.

Great Stay

We were there with small children and were provided with both a travel cot and a high chair. The accommodation is generally not designed for small children, but it was fine for us. We would definitely come back:)

Exceptional Stay
By Thierry on 02-May-2026We had an exceptional stay in this villa in Menorca. The accommodation is quite simply splendid, very easy to get to, and exactly as described. Communication was impeccable: for every question or minor issue, the response was prompt and effective, which we really appreciated. One particularly special touch that meant a lot to us: on my birthday, someone came to wish me well with a card and a bottle of wine. This is a rare gesture that I had never encountered before in my previous experiences. The pool is beautiful, and the surroundings are extremely pleasant, lulled by the singing of the birds – a truly relaxing experience. The bedding is of very good quality, although slightly more comfortable pillows could further enhance the experience. The kitchen is spacious and very well equipped; there was almost nothing missing, apart from a salad spinner, which would have been a nice addition.

Absolutely Beautiful

The house had every comfort we could have hoped for, with a very well-equipped kitchen, a great BBQ area, modern bathrooms, clean linens, and super comfortable beds. It was peaceful, quiet, and felt incredibly serene – a true escape. The location was also ideal, with supermarkets and beautiful beaches just a short drive away. I would go back in a heartbeat and highly recommend Casa Timee to anyone looking for a cozy, quiet, and relaxing vacation rental in Menorca!
