REMAINING DATES FOR THE SEASON - MID - END SEPTEMBER/END OF OCTOBERThis superb 5 star villa is ideally situated less than 200 metres (4-5 minute walk, flat walk) from the resort centre of Los Delfines/Calan Blanes with its beautiful coves [Calan Brut and Calan Piques] where you can snorkel, swim and fish, as well as small beaches all within walking distance too. The 'Pirates' beach is the largest and has its own beach bar, music, sun beds, umbrellas and picnic areas and is now open during the evening where you can enjoy a cocktail overlooking the cove and occasional evening entertainment. Car hire is not necessary in this resort unless you want to explore the island further as everything is easily accessible - beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, small tasteful water park, children's activities, La Trot horse racing on a Sunday evening. Coral restaurant, where you can watch the sun set each evening. You can also walk into the old capital of Ciutadella in about 30 minutes along the coast road. It's well worth a visit with its beautiful architecture and stylish harbour with a multitude of restaurants and shops. They hold a market there on a Monday. Bus ride from the resort is 5 minutes.
The villa is superbly furnished, you’ll find that the care we’ve taken with the décor and furnishings creates a very stylish and welcoming interior. And a very important feature, particularly during July/August is that the villa has air conditioning in all 3 bedrooms.
The villa sleeps 6 people. The bedrooms consist of one king size, one double and a twin room. The villa is on two levels. The lower level comprises two double bedrooms, one with double bed – and one with twin beds, family size bathroom with shower, utility room, outdoor drying area, lounge and dining area and fully fitted kitchen. The lounge and kitchen both have patio doors that open out onto the outdoor sun terraces which has al fresco dining with pull over blind for shade. The villa is suitable for wheelchair access.
The villa has its own Wifi and is also fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and flat screen SMART TV with lots of UK channels, plus a selection of DVDs. The separate utility room has washing machine, ironing board/iron.
Stairs lead to the first floor where you will find the third bedroom with king size bed, a further family sized bathroom with shower, walk in dressing area, lockable safe and patio doors leading to a large size balcony which has additional sunbeds if you fancy a bit of privacy during your holiday.
The pool is a good size (8 x 4) and the sun terraces are completely furnished with 6 sun loungers, umbrellas, table/chairs, outdoor shower and bar-b-cue area. The gardens are completely private and secure, with lockable gates. The villa has absolutely everything you need for an enjoyable holiday.
We operate a 'no smoking' policy in this villa. Prices quoted are for the villa per week (no under occupancy charges) and include all bed linen (changed weekly), towels (not beach towels) and cleaning before arrival and at the end of your stay. There is a mini clean of the bathrooms at the end of the first week if you are staying for two. The local tourist charges, payable by every tourist visiting the island, whether in a hotel, villa or apartment, are included in the rental price. So there are no additional charges other than the price quoted. The changeover day can be flexible. Please always liaise with me after checking the calendar.

Very importantly, the villa is totally legal with its own tourist licence.
We request a 20% deposit to secure the reservation and final payment 8 weeks before departure. We do ask for a security deposit of £150 in case of damage/breakages which is fully refunded to you once the villa has been checked over on your departure. We can only accept online payments as we do not have card facilities. We are happy to accept stage payments as long as the rental is paid in advance of your arrival.

Stunning villa
By Matthew English on 14-Jun-2026A lovely villa in a nice location, it's close to the shops, restaurants, etc. to easily walk around but far enough away to be quiet. We found everything to be as it was described in the listing. The owner sent us everything we needed in terms of info in plenty time before arrival, plus lots of extra info including directions from the airport, local doctors, etc. would definitely recommend this villa to anyone.
Fantastic Villa

The villa had everything we needed and loved how close the restaurant's, bars and childrens activities were so it was the best of both worlds for us! Our little boy has complex needs, and it was perfectly safe for him which helped us all have a relaxing time. Wouldn't hesitate to book again, thank you Diane! X
