Description
This lovely villa is situated in a cliff-top tourist resort, Cala’n Porter, on the south coast of the island. The town is ideal for families and offers a variety of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and souvenir shops. The wonderful bay with crystal clear waters is a 7 minute walk from the villa and can be accessed via steps or road. Other south coast beaches (Binibeca, Punta Prima, Binisafúa, Son Bou, etc) can be reached in less than 15 minutes by car, and the capital town Mahon is also only a 10 minute drive away.Villa Sylvia is located in a quiet area bordering the open countryside. The swimming pool is located on the lower level of the property and is surrounded by a spacious terrace furnished with sunbeds. Next to the pool is a table and chairs and stone barbecue for al fresco cooking and dining. On the first floor, with direct access to the lounge and exterior access to the swimming pool, is a covered porch furnished with outdoor sofas for relaxing in the shade and enjoying the peaceful country views.

Wonderful Stay
By Charlotte on 24-May-2026We had a wonderful stay at Villa Sylvia. The house is as shown in the photos. Beautiful swimming pool and terrace area. It's in a good location, and it's advisable to have a car that's not too big so that it can fit in the house's parking space. Menorca is a beautiful island to explore. Thank you, Gurbia, for your availability and responsiveness. You can go there with no hesitation!!
Loved our Stay
By Hanna on 16-May-2026We loved staying at this villa. Location was great to get to the beach and to the local restaurants. Living spaces, bedrooms and kitchen were well kept and clean. Had some issues with the bathroom which was sorted promptly and effectively by the host. Bathrooms do need a little updating, but did not affect the quality of stay. The host was very communicative, and would definitely book with this company again.

The garden is a real haven of peace: we were able to relax on the deckchairs while listening to the birds. The pool is a real plus. We recommend it without hesitation!
