Description
Villa Elsie is located in the popular resort Arenal d’en Castell on the north coast of the island. The beautiful white sand beach is only a 5 minute walk away, as are the variety of bars, restaurants and shops. Both Mahón, the capital of the island with its beautiful natural harbour, and Ciutadella, the historic capital of the island, are a 20 minute drive in opposite directions. There is parking within the villa grounds and for those who prefer public transport, there are regular bus services to Mahon, Es Mercadal and Fornells.The villa has a private swimming pool (6m x 4m) surrounded by a sunbathing terrace furnished with sun loungers and a large parasol. The shaded porch, with table and chairs and stone barbecue, is the ideal spot for those who enjoy al fresco dining and cooking.
The property is distributed on three floors with air-conditioning in all bedrooms:
Ground Floor: lounge/dining room/kitchen with access to exterior porch.
First Floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom and 1 shower room.
Second Floor: 1 king-size bedroom with spectacular sea views from a private balcony and en-suite shower room.
Please note that the house is located in a tourist resort with hotels nearby and during the summer season hotel entertainment music can be heard.

Free cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival.
Confirmation Deposit at time of reservation: 10% (refundable up to 60 days prior to arrival)
Final Balance 60 days prior to arrival: 90 % (non-refundable)
Security deposit: 300 € (the security deposit is paid with the balance payment and will be returned after departure)

Wonderful stay

Gurbia is very helpful and even booked our transfers for us. We were even able to gain early access, which we were very grateful for. I would recommend this villa

Fantastic Holiday

Having read previous positive reviews, and the excellent and helpful communication with Gurbia, we definitely made the right choice! The villa has everything you need for a home from home holiday experience. The kitchen was well equipped (we cook at home just as much as we eat out) including a dishwasher which was a nice addition from previous villas we've stayed in! Three great sized bedrooms with plenty storage, AC units and ceiling fans in each room. The main bedroom on the top floor has a huge bed, a lovely modern en-suite and the view from the balcony was stunning. These small touches made all the difference: handwash in the bathrooms salt, pepper, olive oil, washing up liquid, handwash in the kitchen the welcome pack with some basic essentials (laundry detergent; sponge, cleaning cloth and dishwasher tabs) Thanks again for making our holiday to Menorca so memorable - we will definitely come back!"
Lovely Holiday
By Jill Thatcher on 16-Aug-2025We have just returned from a lovely two week holiday at Villa Elsie. The villa is spacious, clean and very well equipped. The kitchen is extremely well fitted out and even has a blender. The welcome pack is very useful as is the electronic guest book which we received a couple of weeks prior to our holiday. Gurbia is very helpful and responds very quickly to any queries. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending La Villa Company for booking if all the other villas they market are as good as Villa Elsie. Oh and the view from the main bedroom is amazing!
