Description
Villa Cecylia is a beautiful holiday property is in a very tranquil residential area, set in a quiet and secluded area with woodland to the rear, yet is only a 10 minute drive to Mahon airport.The villa, large grounds and area have all the amenities for those wanting privacy or isolation.
The large surrounding gardens include a large swimming pool, terraces and BBQ with shaded dining area.
The large surrounding gardens include a large swimming pool (10x4 metres) with a child's slide. Poolside are sunbathing terraces and BBQ with shaded dining area. Running along the side of the villa is an arched cloister for shaded relaxation. Behind the pool is beautiful natural campo (countryside), giving you a feeling of the real Menorca!
Inside is light-filled spacious and open plan incorporating a kitchen, dining area and large living space. There is a double bedroom, 1 twin room and bathroom downstairs. There is an A/C unit in the living room to service the open-plan downstairs area, and an additional A/C unit in the upstairs bedroom. A wrought iron spiral staircase leads upstairs to a large loft room with super-king sized bed, bathroom and dressing room. For those who prefer more conventional staircases, the upper floor also benefits from an outside staircase to its large, private sun terraces. There is also plenty of space in this room for a cot or extra sofa or trundle-bed, if required.

Beautiful and quiet accommodation with a great setting
By Manuela on 08-Jul-2026A beautiful and quiet accommodation with a great setting, a very large private pool and lots of animals around the house. Ideal for us as a family. Everything you need for a successful start to your holiday was there. Alex, the host, was very friendly and easy-going. He always responded quickly to messages, gave us tips about the area and even filled the fridge with some drinks and other little things as a welcome gift. He went to great lengths to make sure we felt comfortable and that everything was to our satisfaction. We really felt very comfortable from the very first minute and had a really great time at Villa Cecylia. We would love to come back! Thank you for everything!

By Tony Burgoyne on 26-Jun-2026We loved staying at this villa. It's in a very peaceful neighbourhood in a great spot on the island, making everywhere easy to reach. The villa welcomes lots of wildlife, adding to the experience. We especially looked forward to seeing the tortoises each day, popping out of nowhere and then disappearing just as quickly. The pool is great and was cleaned twice during our stay. Also, we couldn't thank Alex enough. Alex met us at the villa on arrival and took the time to show us how everything worked and was more than happy to help with any questions. He shows a high level of care to his guests. He also kept in touch during our stay to ensure everything was ok. Will definitely be happy to stay again

The villa is in a quiet area about 15 minutes by car from the airport. Shopping is also about 15 minutes away. Alex is very helpful, he showed us the whole villa and was always available on his mobile phone. There is nothing we did not like.
Most enjoyable stay in a little haven of peace

Charming house with a very nice garden with lush Mediterranean vegetation (Lauriers, lemon trees, cactus, Vineyards etc), with various outdoor spaces very pleasant (cool covered lounge or sunny terrace by the pleasant pool), and this in a very quiet environment. The little extra: charming little turtles, very discreet, whose presence delighted small and large...
Do not hesitate. Exactly what we expected

The calm, the birds singing, the turtles the impression of the end of the world. All equipped washing machine dishwasher oven frozen coffee machine. Towels and toilet provided toiletries etc....

By Louise Cela on 14-Jul-2024We had a wonderful time in Son Vitamina. Alex is an excellent host, attentive and very helpful. The pool is really lovely, a generous size, and so clean. There are plenty of shady spaces too on the terraces to relax and eat. The house is well equipped and furnished, and secluded by trees. Camí de Cavalls is nearby and Alex offered good advice on different beaches. Thanks so much for a great time, we can thoroughly recommend this home for a wonderful holiday.
