Description
A beautiful location overlooking this picturesque small Marina. With uninterrupted views over the Marina, cala and headland. Separate comfortable lounge with 2 sets of double doors opening onto the terrace, garden and pool. 4 double bedrooms all with air con (3 upstairs, one downstairs), all with modern en-suite shower rooms. 2 of the upstairs bedrooms have private terraces overlooking the Marina.
Mature, well maintained gardens with gas BBQ and wood burning oven. The terrace and sunbathing area are about 6 metres above the level of the Marina - so you get a wonderful combination of privacy from passers by - but a superior viewing position to watch all the activity in the Marina.
Only a short walk to join one of the most magnificent stretches of the bridleway Cami de Cavalls. If you are a keen walker, the route from Addaia to Es Grau (whilst requiring some stamina for the 18km walk) is one of the most beautiful walks you'll ever do!
Excellent facilities nearby. Great little shop for essential provisions; four restaurants in Addaia to choose from and a whole list of recommendations of nearby restaurants available in the villa. Kayaks, paddle boards, bicycles for hire in the Marina; the dive boat leaves from the Marina in front of you; Golf nearby at Son Park; Tennis courts in Addaia.

* The pool has a state of the art Environmental Saline Electrolysis Pool Cleaning System which is particularly kind on the skin. For 2025 I am having to adapt my plans for the heating of the pool given the considerable increase in the electricity charges. Hence for 2025 I will be offering it as an Optional Extra of £175/week for visitors 1 April - 14 June and 1 - 31 October. A cover will be available so you can maintain the heat overnight. Heating is not necessary for the rest of the summer season.

By Peter L on 04-Jul-2026We are a mature group of 3 couples who enjoy villa holidays regularly. This was our first stay in Menorca and we could not have chosen a more perfect location. Las Palmeras is positioned on the edge of the Puerto Addaia marina and there is always something interesting to watch from the pool. The villa is spacious, traditional, well equipped and homely. The bedrooms are modest in size but comfortable. Aircon works well. The pool is a good size with decent sunbathing space. Villa/pool is east facing to catch the sunrise. With a hilly backdrop the pool loses the sun around 6pm but that is a welcome relief and allows cooler sheltered dining in the evenings. There is a quality, well equipped gas BBQ. Location allows visitors to hop over the wall and stroll around the marina where there is a bar which also serves tapas. The village of Addaia has a decent mini-supermarket offering wine, fresh bread and pastries + a couple of restaurants and cafes - all within a 10/15 mins stroll. Further afield there are plenty of restaurants and we enjoyed a couple in Arenal d’en Castell (Arena beach club and Le Paella) a 7 minute drive away. The nearest ‘proper’ supermarkets are en route to Arenal or better still, in Es Migjorn Gran, a 15 mins drive away. The owner, Simone was an excellent host offering very helpful information and assistance throughout both in terms of pre-holiday information and villa details/instructions. Overall, a splendid, relaxing holiday and delighted to recommend.
Las Palmeras is just the most perfect location
By Dawn R on 06-Jun-2026Las Palmeras is just the most perfect location - at the far end of a quiet road by the beautiful marina, but within easy walking distance of refreshments and the local very well stocked supermarket. The villa itself is quite possibly the best we have stayed in - the beds were very comfortable, and it was a bonus for each couple to have their own bathroom(!). There are lots of places to sit to be together (or not), for both sun-worshippers and shade lovers, and we had everything we needed for a most relaxing week in Menorca. We will most definitely be back!

A proximité de tout (petit supermarché, plages, restaurants). Simone est très sympathique et très réactive. Tout était parfait.
Une semaine extrêmement agréable

La situation assez unique (dernière villa sur le port) et la piscine nous ont conquis ! Cette villa a tout pour des vacances idéales à Minorque :) L'attention de la propriétaire aux moindres détails est extraordinaire !
