Villa A2 Santo Tomas is a unique holiday villa located on the beautiful beach at Santo Tomas on the south coast of Menorca. This wonderful property offers a perfect blend of comfort, relaxation, and breath-taking surroundings, ensuring an unforgettable holiday experience for families or friends seeking a special coastal getaway.As you step into the villa, you will immediately be greeted by a sense of space and traditional elegance. The house boasts ample room for relaxation and entertainment, making it an ideal choice for larger groups.
All rooms are distributed on ground level and comprise of a lounge/dining room with Smart TV and wifi, a large fully equipped kitchen, and five tastefully decorated bedrooms, catering to various sleeping arrangements. The master bedroom features comfortable twin beds, while of the three additional bedrooms, two are furnished with twin beds and one with a double bed, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for families or groups of friends. Additionally, there is a cozy single bedroom, ensuring everyone has their own private sanctuary. To keep guests comfortable in the warm Menorcan climate, the villa features air conditioning in the bedrooms during nocturnal hours.
The villa offers three modern and well-appointed shower rooms, providing convenience and comfort for guests. Additionally, there is a bathroom, perfect for indulging in a relaxing soak after a day spent exploring the island's pristine beaches.
One of the highlights of this wonderful property is its expansive swimming pool, measuring an impressive 15 meters by 6 meters. Surrounded by a generous pool terrace, it offers a fabulous spot for sunbathing, enjoying refreshing dips, or simply taking in the stunning views of the turquoise Mediterranean waters. What really sets the villa apart is its direct access to the beach from the pool terrace, allowing guests to seamlessly transition between the pool and the sandy shoreline.

Absolute Dream
By Alisson on 23-Oct-2026This house is an absolute dream! Perfectly located right on the beach, with breathtaking sea views. It just feels like paradise! Grocery stores are 400-metre away, which is very convenient. The beautiful sandy beach is perfect for families, with lifeguards on duty, making it especially reassuring when travelling with children. One of the little details I particularly loved was being able to rinse the sand off our feet right by the gate before stepping back into the pool area. The house itself is beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. The kitchen is fantastic, very well equipped, and even has two fridges, which is incredibly handy for a family holiday. Everything about this place makes you want to come back. ️
Wonderful Holiday

She was incredibly helpful, responsive and genuinely took the time to understand what we were looking for. Her knowledge of the villas was excellent, and her personalised advice helped us choose the perfect villa for our family. She was always on hand to answer any questions and nothing was ever too much trouble, which made the whole experience so easy and stress-free. We stayed at Villa Santo Tomas, which was absolutely beautiful. The villa was spacious, comfortable and very well equipped, with a fantastic pool. The location was amazing too — right next to the beach and perfect for a relaxing family holiday. A huge thank you to Gurbia and the team at LA Villas Menorca for helping make our holiday so special. The service was excellent from beginning to end, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. We will definitely be using LA Villas Menorca again!

By Gillian on 28-Sep-2024Beautiful villa, fantastic outlook to the sea, great comms. Beautiful villa in a fantastic location on the sea front. Biggest pool I’ve ever seen in a villa. Every facility you could think of was supplied. Communication was first class, Gurbia kept us informed at every step of the booking process. Would definitely recommend
