Villa Olivia is situated in Son Parc, a charming resort on Menorca’s north coast. This peaceful destination is renowned for Arenal de Son Saura, a sweeping crescent beach with soft golden sand and crystal-clear turquoise waters. Framed by verdant pine forests, the area offers a calm and scenic retreat. Son Parc also boasts Menorca’s only golf course, making it an ideal spot for golf enthusiasts. With its tranquil atmosphere and natural beauty, Son Parc provides the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway.The villa sits on a 695 m² plot and features a private 7 m x 3 m swimming pool, bordered by a tiled terrace equipped with sun loungers and a parasol. Just off the lounge, the upper terrace is perfect for outdoor dining and furnished with a table and chairs, a parasol for shade, and a built-in stone barbecue.
Villa Olivia features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it an excellent choice for families, couples, or friends holidaying together. The villa is comfortably furnished and offers air conditioning in all bedrooms.

Payment Schedule
Confirmation Deposit: 10% (refundable up to 60 days prior to arrival)
60 days prior to arrival: 90% (non-refundable)
Payment methods: Credit/Debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express) or Bank transfer
Balearic Government Eco-tax: 2.00 € per person, per night for all guests 16 years and over
Security deposit: 300 € per stay
Cancellation must be made in writing by the lead guest.
Free cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival.
A cancellation charge of 100% of the total price is payable for cancellations within 60 days before arrival.
Minimum Age: The person placing the booking must be over 25 years of age.
All guests are obliged to complete the required Passport or ID information prior to arrival in accordance with Spanish legislation.

Wonderful Stay
By Robin on 14-Jun-2026We had a wonderful stay in the Villa Olivia, which is quiet and private! The swimming pool is a real plus when it's hot, and all the necessary facilities are available in the house! I recommend it without hesitating!

By Paul Murricane on 04-Jun-2026A Five star rating doesn't adequately praise the quality and excellence of the wonderful Villa Olivia. Five star plus plus plus! Immaculately presented, very clean with the highest standard of modern furnishings, a very well equipped kitchen and bathrooms: Villa Olivia is the perfect base for a very special holiday on the island. We loved the big pool which always seemed to be at exactly the right temperature and was kept superbly clean with regular visits from the pool cleaning company. Lots of poolside sunbeds, good strong large parasols - and highly effective air conditioning in the main living area and bedrooms - a first for us in Menorca! Gorgeous balcony terrace for meals making breakfast-time seem quite indulgent. The garden woodland setting, ideal positioning for the barbeque which got lots of use, was somehow magical, particularly with the pool lighting after sunset. It's in a quiet cul-de-sac in a rather upmarket residential area of Son Parc - perfect in every way.
