Several of the south coast’s most picturesque beaches, including Binidalí, Binibeca and Binisafúa, are also within easy reach, while the capital of Mahón can be reached in approximately 10 minutes by car.The outdoor space is designed for relaxed summer living, with a private swimming pool, sun loungers and a shaded pergola with table and chairs, perfect for long, leisurely meals. All of this is set against open countryside views, creating a real sense of peace and privacy. A barbecue completes the setting, ideal for al fresco cooking on warm evenings, while taking in the spectacular sunsets across the surrounding countryside.

Wonderful Stay
By Nadia on 04-Jul-2026We had a really pleasant stay. The house is spacious, well organised and equipped with all the spaces you need to feel at ease. It has three bedrooms, two of which are double, and they are very nice, comfortable and functional. The kitchen is well equipped, and there is also a practical laundry area, which is very useful, especially for longer stays. The real highlight of the house is the terrace: a well-kept and welcoming outdoor space, perfect for relaxing outdoor lunches and dinners. To top it all off, there is the swimming pool, which is a real added value and makes the stay even more enjoyable. A solution that we would definitely recommend to those seeking comfort, tranquillity and well-designed spaces.
