Description
A charming detached two-bedroom air-conditioned villa with private swimming pool, set in grounds of a quarter of an acre, in rolling green countryside near the south coast of the beautiful island of Menorca.The villa, which is attractively furnished throughout, sleeps four or five people and is only 20 minutes drive from the airport and capital, Mahon. The nearby resort of San Jaime, with the island's longest beach - Son Bou, is just a 5 minute drive away. For those seeking a peaceful and private villa holiday without being too remote, Casa Lucia offers the perfect location. There is a wonderful old farmhouse restaurant - Es Forn - just a few minutes walk away and plenty of bars and restaurants near the beach. WiFi internet access is available for clients' use, and internet TV with all UK channels, sports and movies.
Bookings are weekly or fortnightly with a Friday changeover, but other durations and changeover days may be possible depending on availability. A deposit of 20% is required to confirm the booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before departure. Prices are based on parties of up to 4 people, with an extra bed charged at £75 per person per week. A cot and high chair are also available at no extra charge, and we have our own hire car available for collection from Mahon airport for most dates.
There is ample car parking at the front of the house in a secure gated driveway. At the back of the house is a large patio with BBQ, sun loungers, patio furniture and umbrellas.
The villa is cleaned between lets, and all linen and towels (except beach towels) are provided and changed on a weekly basis. We also have a second similar neighbouring villa available as an alternative.

Great villa for a relaxing holiday
By Rachel Cooke on 03-Jul-2026We stayed at Villa Lucia during one of the heatwaves this summer. The villa had aircon in both bedrooms and the main living room which was a god send. We stayed at the villa with our twin teenage boys and there was plenty of room for us all to have our our space. The villa was well equipped and clean on arrival. We also hired the car for our stay which made is easy to get around the island. The villa is in a remote location away from the main resort but we enjoyed this quiet area and you could walk down to Son Bou and Saint Jaime within 20 minutes. The location of the villa was ideal for visiting all areas of the island with the coast in all directions being just 30 minutes max. Our children loved the tv with the many English speaking channels and especially all the movies available, every night was family movie night. The villa had a lovely garden with many tables, chairs and loungers to use. The swimming pool was much welcomed at the end of a very hot day and we loved that it was one depth. The villa had three local visiting cats which we grew to like over our stay. The villa had everything we needed and we would definitely recommend.
Lovely Villa
By Bev on 13-Jul-2024We spent a week a lovely week at Casa Lucia in Son Bou. The villa was light and airy with a very spacious lounge and air conditioning which was a godsend during the afternoon! The villa was incredibly well equipped and had all the essentials to hand such as washing up liquid, herbs and spices, avoiding having to buy them. There were also beach rollls, parasols and ice boxes etc for days at the beach which was fantastic. I would highly recommend a stay if you are looking for a chilled, quiet and relaxing break as the location of the villa is a bit further out and completely private.
