Fantastic stay
By Gemma Romans on 05-Aug-2026We had a brilliant stay at the villa. It had everything we needed and all very good quality, lovely pool and great roof terrace for evening drinks/food. Lovely village with everything you need. We used taxis to take us in the nearest towns/beach although they are busy as high season. Would highly recommended and we would happily stay again. Steve was great with communication and recommendations and when we realised the hairdryers didn't work he sorted it out straight away and new ones arrived quickly.

Amazing villa
By Neil on 19-Jul-2026Just got back from a 17 day stay at this amazing villa. Steve the owner made sure that the booking process was secure and easy and was quick to reply to any questions we had. Steve also gave us contact details to a great taxi service including discounts on airport transfers. Before we left he also provided us with some local places to visit and eat which we took full advantage of. The villa is just perfect and equipped with everything you could possibly need to enjoy a great holiday. The pool area was great for lazy days in the sun and the amazing roof terrace with great kitchen area was great for family meals. With bars and supermarket on your doorstep and this perfect place to stay it really is a little gem of a place if looking for a great villa to stay. Thanks for letting us stay I’m sure we will be back Neil and family 😊

By Liam T on 26-Jun-2026Steve’s Villa was superb. Everything as described. 3 very comfy bedrooms. Pool is small but great addition. BBQ and dining area on roof were excellent Villa very private and has everything one requires for a very relaxing holiday. .Communication with Steve before and during stay was top notch. Lots of recommendations re restaurants and things to do in area. Roda Village only 20 metres walk. Roda Golf very easy walk. Rodas bar a lovely wee spot.

Impressive Villa, with all you could need.
By Padraig Greene on 11-May-2026We stayed at Steve's Villa for a week. One of the best holidays we had, loved the villa experience. The villa was only 10 minutes on the bike to the local town and beach. Bikes were part of the villa package. On arrival and after exploring the ground floor and pool area we thought it could not get any better until we discovered the roof area with barbecue, loungers etc.... What a lovely place.

Beautiful villa, lovely area
By Marianne on 06-Sep-2025We had a fantastic 10 night stay in this villa, there was 6 of us. The villa was super clean and well equipped with everything you require, the beds were also super comfortable! There was great communication with the host all throughout our stay, we used a recommended and trustworthy taxi company who was always prompt and not overpriced. It’s about a 25 minute walk to the town / beach, there are two lovely bikes at the villa and it took around 10 minutes on the bikes. The pool was a lovely size , just perfect for cooling down, some floats were already there which we enjoyed. We used the BBQ in the upstairs kitchen which was great, the table and sofas up there are also great too, you can get the last bits of sun from the rooftop. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from start to finish.

Beautiful villa with eveyrthing you could need
By Julie on 30-Aug-2025Went on holiday with four friends and in arrival villa was beautiful and had everything you could need, including the use of two bicycles which was amazing. Pool perfect fit dipping in and out and lots of inflatables available for kids or fun. Spotlessly clean and all beds are sooo comfortable. Communication from host was excellent from the time booked, before, during. and after holiday .would definitely recommend. Car hire would be useful however we love walking and approx 35 min stroll to beach.
