Description
Luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa, furnished to a very high standard with its own large heated* private pool which also has an integrated Jacuzzi. Situated on the 5 star 'Mar Menor' gated golf resort offering superb on site facilities including an 18 hole golf course.The resort is situated in a tranquil setting and is close to Murcia and Alicante Airports, with local beaches, shops and restaurants within easy driving distance. There are also a number of restaurants within walking distance both on the resort and along the boulevard which runs adjacent to the front of th resort.
There is a large Spar shop on the resort for all your daily needs.
The region enjoys a perfect all year round climate with over 300 days of sunshine and an average temperature of 21C. The English speaking management company will help you with any queries during your stay.
The villa is one of the larger 4 bedroom designs with a large lounge area and adjoining kitchen and outside patio area with a large 10m pool (50 square metres). The property has full air conditioning, which is included in the rental and all bedrooms have ceiling fans.
Furnished to a very high standard with cable TV providing English channels and sports channels. The lounge has a 40' LCD TV. The downstairs bedroom has a wall mounted TV with a wii games console and the master bedroom also has a wall mounted TV.
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, whilst the second bathroom has a large shower enclosure The downstairs bathroom has a corner shower unit with toilet and hand basin.
A safe is included for your valuables.
The villa is sited in one of the larger garden plots surrounded by a wooden fence and hedges, providing adequate privacy from neighbouring villas and is not overlooked by other villas at the rear.
The enclosed garden contains a large pool (with child proof fencing) surrounded by a large patio area, including a canopied seating area. There are 8 sun loungers provided and with a sun terrace as well as the large patio area all day sun bathing is possible.
There is a driveway at the side of the villa for off road parking.
The front of the villa overlooks a very pretty plaza with palm trees, fountains and places to sit and enjoy the surroundings. There is also an enclosed childrens play area.
The rental fee includes: Linen, Towels, Beach Towels for around the pool, Laundry, Departure Clean, AC in all Main Rooms, Ceiling Fans in all bedrooms, Free Wi-Fi and Cable TV.
* Pool heating can be provided at £25/ day with a maximum water temperature of 28 degrees. Contact the owner for details. Pool heating by air sourced heat pump so pool temperature can be adversely affected by bad weather.
* Jacuzzi jets are integrated into the seating area of the pool.
Arranged early arrival / late departure charged at £10/ hour.

The villa had lots of great touches , basics in the bathrooms and kitchen meant our holiday was able to run smoothly . A true home from home. Our contact with Vanessa when we needed anything was excellent and timely. Contacting Barry and the updates during the time from booking to arrival was super personal and helped with the overall feel good factor. A fantastic 2 week celebration , even though our team did not win !

We have stayed at the resort many times (first time in this villa) and the pool is easily the biggest and the best we have had. The owner and the local property manager are very friendly and helpful and the communication was great throughout.We will definitely stay again

And iam still impressed at this Well equipped, spacious and beautiful villa the pool is amazing and the patio catches the sun all day with more than enough seats and sunbeds for everyone. Great communication from start to finish will definitely be staying again in the future

Lovely villa

The Villa has everything you need, all bedrooms are a good size, outdoor space is really big, with 8 sun loungers and 2 large tables for outside dining, pool was big with a built in jacuzzi, 8 of us stayed and there was plenty of room for us all, it’s on a lovely development with a Spar 10 minute walk away and some restaurants 15 minute walk away, we would definitely recommend and would return. Barry, owner is very helpful and always on hand for any questions you have. Vanessa who maintains the villa is also available for any questions you have during your visit.
Lovely villa equals lovely holiday
By Kevin daff on 13-Jun-2026We went as a party of 6 adults but the villa can sleep ,8 adults we found we had plenty of space inside and out… having been to the resort many times over the last 20years I have never seen a larger pool in any villa we have rented it is stunning with seats built in so you can sit and cool if your not the best swimmer plus even a jacuzzi … this villa would be great for a family or family’s what fun the kids would have in the pool…inside the villa everything is functional and it has all you need for a lovely peaceful holiday or you can use it as a base for exploring the area knowing that pool is waiting for you at the end of a busy day sight seeing…… the owner (Barry) was such a nice man always contactable and helpful with information at all stages of the booking he really is a pleasure to deal with….so would I stay in this villa again….. 100%… whenever I return to the resort with a group or 4+ people it will be the first place I look for… and I must add what fantastic value for money this villa is compared to some we have rented in the past… Kevin
