Description
This light and spacious villa is situated in a quiet well established cul-de-sac with its large private swimming pool and secluded garden. It has extensive terraces with fine views of the sea and the mountains, providing sun and shade throughout the day. Most of the accommodation is on the first floor with the master suite on the second floor and a self contained apartment on the ground floor, comfortably accommodating up to 8 people.First floor: Large open plan living room with wood burner, dining room and well equipped kitchen. One double bedroom, two large twin bedrooms with built in wardrobes, family bathroom with toilet, shower and twin sinks.
Second floor: Master suite with double bed, en suite and balcony with fine views of the sea and mountains
All room have ceiling fans to circulate the air
Ground floor apartment consisting of bedroom with twin beds, bathroom with shower and wc and living room with kitchenette. We do not normally use this as sleeping accommodation but it is available for guests to use and is particularly useful when around the pool or having a bbq so you can access the fridge for that cold beer or glass of Rose!

The villa is located in a quiet residential cul-de-sac and the closest beach is 5 minutes walk away with other Blue Flag beaches close by. The closest supermarket is a 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive.
There are numerous bars and restaurants in the town ranging from basic tapas bars, pizzerias and even a Michelin Starred restaurant (and everything in between).
Water sports are available in the marina (jet skis, paddle boarding, scuba diving etc)
The rental price includes all bedding and towels (excluding beach/pool towels) and end of stay clean
This is an ideal place for a relaxed family holiday!
Travel: Closest airport is Castellon about 20 minutes away

Barcelona 2 hours
Car Hire is not essential but I strongly recommend it so that you can make the most of what the region has to offer

Just Incredible
By Tom Taylor on 01-Aug-2026What an incredible Villa it has everything you need. The owners have thought of everything there’s even an air fryer! Lol. Bedrooms are lovely and spacious and have brilliant air con when you need to get out of the sun, the showers have great power, the pool is amazing big and deep. The villa has amazing views of the sea and the town of Alcossebre is so charming. We loved it so much we’ve booked up for next year! Great for families. I can’t recommend this villa enough.

Truly Amazing

Our multi‑generational family felt instantly at home the moment we stepped through the door. The gated balcony made it completely safe for little explorers eager to wander toward the pool, and once the gate is bolted, everyone can relax knowing the space is secure. The villa itself is beautiful, and the communication from the owner was superb before and throughout our stay. We’re already counting down the days until we can return. It’s an absolute hidden gem, offering everything a family could wish for in a sunny Spanish getaway. Book with confidence and enjoy a perfect stay!

Perfect Villa Retreat in Castellón, Spain
By Sarah on 19-Jun-2024We recently stayed at a beautiful villa in Castellón, Spain, and I can’t say enough about how wonderful our experience was. The villa itself was stunning—much larger than we’d anticipated, with an incredible amount of space. Everything was spotless, and it truly exceeded our expectations in every way. I brought my elderly parents and aunt along, and the peace, tranquility, and breathtaking views were ideal for them. From our terrace, we could gaze out over the sea, with a gorgeous pool just below. It was the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. The location added so much to the experience. Castellón has some of the friendliest locals, lovely shops to browse, and a beach that’s absolutely stunning. We dined at several restaurants, and every meal was exceptional; the food was beyond delicious. This villa deserves the highest rating—it made for one of the best holidays we’ve ever had. We’re already looking forward to next year, as we’ve rebooked!

Family holiday to remember
By stuart eyres on 24-Aug-2024Pool - fantastic size Balcony for meals is fantastic with sea views We hired a car - Just be careful when at the junction going back to the N road. Remember to look left. Having the car is recomended as we went to porto aventura for some roller coasters and Valencia for a day out. Beaches and dining in Alcossebre is fantastic. Steak and chips 24 euros. Be 30 quid back home. Waiting staff are nice too, they wanted our business. On the way from airport get cold beer and bbq charcoal and food and just chill.

Fantastic Property
By Leanne on 07-Jul-2022We have stayed here twice with our kids and families. This time we stayed for 10 days with our 2 kids and nephew who is 9 months. Gorgeous house with lots of room for everyone to have their space and brilliant pool which is very private. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Close to local shop and restaurants. Chris the host is lovely and great in helping organizing our trip. Would recommend staying here with family or group of friends

The swimming pool and lunch/dining terrace were perfect for enjoying the hot weather. The property is as described in the advert and has more than enough space to host a large group.
