The villa has four bedrooms, a large open plan living/dining room, kitchen, two bathrooms, cloakroom and games room. The first-floor master bedroom suite comprises bedroom with one king-size bed, a dressing room and large bathroom . There is air-conditioning in the lounge-dining room and all the bedrooms.

There is a well-equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine and an extensive range of cooking and dining ware.

All the bedrooms are south facing with stunning views, as is the lounge/dining which leads directly onto a covered terrace comprising seating and dining areas. All windows have mosquito nets and electric shutters.

There is a swimming pool and surrounding terrace with sun loungers, additional table and chairs and barbecue. Shady and sunny sitting areas for all times of the day.

The villa sits at the top of the valley and has stunning views with mountains all around. There is direct access to wonderful walking country. From the front door a track can be followed to the summit of Mont Monduver where the mediterranean sunrise can be viewed. With clear visibility the view extends along the coastline, north to Valencia and the mountains beyond and south to Javea (Xabia), and to the east Ibiza.

The villa is located in La Drova, an area of outstanding natural beauty. The local village is Barx is a 5 minute drive or a stunning 20 minute walk away. Barx has a butchers, bakers, supermarkets, pharmacy, wine shop/bar, tobacconist, cafes, bars and a cash machine, as well as dentist, doctors' surgery and gym.

The town of Gandia is a 15 minute drive away. It is a traditional Spanish town nestled with a fantastic selection of cafes and restaurants with a lovely central square, perfect for al-fresco dining and a spot of tapas.

The nearest airports are Valencia (75 km) and Alicante (125 km).

There are many supermarkets in the town including Carrefour, Mercadona, Consum, Lidl and Aldi.

Valencia city centre is about a 45 minute drive (55 km) or 55 minute direct train.

Gandia also has a beautiful beach (blue flag rated) which stretches over 6km long with lots of great restaurants, cafes and shops. There is also a promenade for walking or cycling (with bike hire and electric scooter hiring facilities).

The beautiful town of Xativa and Denia are also in close proximity, both around a 50 minute drive away.
