⭐ The Villa:
Casa Alexandra has everything you need for a relaxing holiday with family and friends. Set in peaceful countryside just outside the historic city of Xàtiva, the villa offers four spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, private heated swimming pool, outdoor kitchen with BBQ and pizza oven, and generous indoor and outdoor living spaces designed for groups of up to 12 guests.
⭐ Living Space:
The bright, open-plan living room opens onto a balcony overlooking the gardens and provides comfortable seating for up to 12 guests, including a huge L-shaped sofa.
Enjoy cosy movie nights with the 58-inch Smart TV, Blu-ray player, Netflix, Amazon Prime, British Freeview, superfast fibre Wi-Fi and an extensive DVD collection. We also have a PlayStation with lots of games and 4 controllers.
⭐ Kitchen & Dining:
The well-equipped kitchen includes everything you'll need, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, 2 large fridges, Nespresso machine, cafetière, filter coffee maker, Espresso stove top, kettle, toaster and plenty of cookware, crockery and glassware.
The large dining table comfortably seats up to 12 guests.
⭐ Bedrooms:
All bedrooms include air conditioning and blackout blinds.
● Master Suite – Super king-size bed with fitted wardrobes and en-suite shower room.
● Bedroom 2 – King-size bed with fitted wardrobe.
● Bedroom 3 – Configurable as either a super king-size bed or twin beds, with fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers.
● Bedroom 4 – A flexible family room with en-suite bathroom, sleeping up to five guests as either one king-size bed and three single beds or five single beds. Located on the lower level, it offers additional privacy for larger groups.
⭐ Outdoor Living:
Step outside and enjoy the spacious gardens, designed for relaxing, dining and spending quality time together. The private 10 × 5 metre swimming pool takes centre stage and can be heated during the cooler months. A large canopy provides welcome shade, with comfortable outdoor sofas, the perfect place to unwind with a book or a glass of wine.
The outdoor kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, a one-metre BBQ, pizza oven and generous dining space, making alfresco meals a real highlight of your stay.
⭐ Games & Activities:
For a little friendly competition, there's something for everyone, including a 7-foot pool/snooker table, table football, full-size table tennis table, dartboard, Badminton net & rackets and a PS4. We also have four complimentary mountain bikes for exploring the beautiful surrounding countryside.
⭐ Accessibility:
Although Casa Alexandra is arranged over two levels, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, the main living areas and the gardens are all on one level, making the villa particularly suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

⭐Guest Interaction:
You'll be welcomed by our fantastic house manager, Debbie. She knows the villa and the local area inside out, and if you need anything during your stay, she's just a phone call away.
Debbie also visits once or twice a week to keep the pool sparkling clean, particularly during the height of the summer season.
⭐Guest Access:
For almost every arrival, Debbie, will meet and greet you, show you around, answer any questions and help you settle in.
Well before your arrival, you'll receive our comprehensive Villa Guide, Xàtiva Area Guide and Car Hire Guide. Together, they include everything you need for your stay, from directions to the villa (including Google Maps and What3Words), local attractions, restaurants and supermarkets, to our recommended car hire companies at Alicante and Valencia airports.
If you're arriving late at night or very early in the morning, Alex will stay in touch throughout your journey and send detailed self-check-in instructions, including the lockbox code, gate access and parking information. The lights will be switched on ready for your arrival, and Debbie will visit the following day to introduce herself and make sure everything is perfect.
Whether you arrive by day or night, we're always just a phone call or message away if you need us.
Mountain Bikes:
⭐ Four mountain bikes are available free of charge for guests to use. Please let us know before your arrival if you'd like to use them.
Swimming Pool Heating:
⭐ Available from October to May. During spring and autumn, the pool is heated to a wonderfully comfortable 28°C.
During the winter months (December–February), cooler night-time temperatures mean the pool typically settles between 22°C and 24°C. It's still very enjoyable and ideal for a swim, although it won't feel like a hot tub.
Pool heating is available for €29 per day from October through to late May and free thereafter. If you'd like the pool heated for your stay, simply let us know before you arrive and we'll have everything ready for you.
⭐Car:
Please be advised - a car is essential when hiring the villa.

Wonderful villa with never ending activities
By Debbie on 22-May-2026We loved everything about this villa We was a family of 9 age range 18mths to 60 years . We can’t express how wonderful this villa is all the amenities listed exceeded our expectations. The out side space is huge with a wonderful pool and outside kitchen . An array of games and outdoor activities including a table tennis table ,Babminton set with net, dart board and so much more The pool is large with a beautiful patio area dining and kitchen . Games room off the patio with a full sized snooker /pool table and a music system. The villa itself is everything and more Spotlessly clean airy bright with air con throughout Communication with the owner was excellent and Alex couldn’t do anoth to help with anything we asked . We had a warm welcome from Debbie the housekeeper who was on hand if we needed anything . We can’t recommend this villa any highly and feel so lucky to have holiday here We hope to return for another 5 star vaccination
Everything You Could Wish For!

It was secluded and spacious; all the furniture was high quality and the outside area had everything you could wish for large pool, numerous chairs, tables and sunbeds, covered areas if you wanted shade and even an outside sofa. The large garden is very well kept and peaceful. There is also has a separate shaded area on a lower level with settees, table football, darts etc The well stocked kitchen looked new with more gadgets that you could imagine, there were many cookery books with an abundance of ingredients at hand. Alex was the perfect host, it's important to him that you have the very best experience and really couldn't do enough for us, he even called a few days into the holiday to check all was well. Debbie who's located a short distance away is always on hand if you have any questions or requests. We really can't fault this place, the only down side is when your holiday comes to an end and you have to return home.

By Maria on 30-Oct-2025A great stay in a very nice, cosy villa with fireplace and a brand new kitchen, perfectly equipped - with a large heated pool, nice sports and play equipment as well as electronic entertainment options. In addition, the quiet location in a wonderful garden in a very interesting city and a great host, always responsive, who really deserves the name Superhost, that is more than ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ worth !!!!!
A fantastic place!
By Paul on 05-Oct-2025Overall, a fantastic place. Beautiful pool and garden, and very spacious and homely inside. The whole property is equipped unbelievably well and has absolutely everything you could possibly need - sports equipment, games, pool toys, a fully stocked kitchen. This extends to generosity on including little things for cooking like silver foil, paper towel etc. With just a couple and a baby I feel we didn't really do all of the amenities justice. A car is essential. The drive into Xativa is only 10 mins but a bit tight in places. The host Alex is very responsive and there is somebody based locally who helps maintain the property which is helpful.
