Our standard rates are based on 4 guests, with additional guests charged at €27 per person, per night.
During peak holiday periods (Easter, July–August and Christmas), we generally accept bookings for a minimum of 6 guests.

Set in peaceful countryside just outside the historic city of Xàtiva, Casa Alexandra is a beautifully equipped villa with a private heated swimming pool, large garden, mountain views and everything you need for a relaxing holiday with family and friends.
With four bedrooms, three bathrooms and accommodation for up to 12 guests, there's plenty of room for everyone to enjoy time together or find their own quiet corner.
Outside, the 10 × 5 metre swimming pool takes centre stage, surrounded by generous gardens, comfortable seating areas and an outdoor kitchen complete with a large BBQ and pizza oven and an extendable dining table for up to 14 people.
For families and groups, there's an exceptional selection of board games, books and many activities, including a pool table, table tennis, table football, dartboard, badminton, PlayStation and four complimentary mountain bikes.
Inside, you'll find comfortable living spaces, a large L-shaped sofa, a 58-inch Smart TV, superfast fibre Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen and everything you'd expect from a genuine home from home.

Spring and autumn bring warm days, beautiful countryside and the pleasure of swimming in our heated pool. During the cooler winter months, the villa offers a peaceful Mediterranean escape, with comfortable interiors, cosy evenings, countryside walks, cycling and plenty of space to relax or work remotely.
We offer particularly attractive rates for longer stays between November and March, making Casa Alexandra an ideal winter home for couples, families and remote workers.
Whether you're planning a summer family holiday, an Easter getaway or a relaxing extended winter stay, we'd love to welcome you to Casa Alexandra.

The bright, open-plan living room opens onto a balcony overlooking the grounds and provides comfortable seating for up to 12 people, including a huge L-shaped sofa and, the all important air conditioning.
Enjoy cosy movie nights with the 58-inch Smart TV, Blu-ray player, Netflix, Amazon Prime, British Freeview, superfast fibre Wi-Fi and an extensive DVD collection. We also have a PlayStation with lots of games and 4 controllers.
⭐ Kitchen & Dining:
The super-equipped kitchen includes everything you'll need, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, 2 large fridges, Nespresso machine, cafetière, filter coffee maker, Espresso stove top, kettle, toaster and plenty of cookware, crockery and glassware.
The large dining table comfortably seats up to 12 guests.

All bedrooms include air conditioning and blackout blinds.
● Master Suite – Super king-size bed with fitted wardrobes and en-suite shower room.
● Bedroom 2 – King-size bed with fitted wardrobe.
● Bedroom 3 – Configurable as either a super king-size bed or twin beds, with fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers.
● Bedroom 4 – A flexible family room with en-suite bathroom, sleeping up to five guests as either one king-size bed and three single beds or five single beds. Located on the lower level, it offers additional privacy for larger groups.
⭐The outdoor kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, a one-metre BBQ, pizza oven and generous dining space, making alfresco meals a real highlight of your stay.
⭐ Games & Activities:
For a little friendly competition, there's something for everyone, including a 7-foot pool/snooker table, table football, full-size table tennis table, dartboard, Badminton net & rackets and a PS4. We also have four complimentary mountain bikes for exploring the beautiful surrounding countryside.

Although Casa Alexandra is arranged over two levels, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, the main living areas and the gardens are all on one level, making the villa particularly suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

Casa Alexandra is much more than a holiday rental. Every room has been thoughtfully equipped and carefully maintained, from the fully stocked kitchen and comfortable beds to the books, games and DVDs. Everything has been thoughtfully chosen to help you relax and feel completely at home.

⭐ Guest Access & Interaction :
For arrivals before 6pm, Debbie our amazing housekeeper, will meet and greet you, show you around, answer any questions and help you settle in. Debbie knows the villa and the local area inside out, and if you need anything during your stay, she's just a phone call away.
If you're arriving late at night or very early in the morning, Alex will stay in touch throughout your journey and send detailed self-check-in instructions, including the lockbox code, gate access and parking information. The lights will be switched on ready for your arrival, and Debbie will visit the following day to introduce herself and make sure everything is perfect.
Whether you arrive by day or night, we're always just a phone call or message away if you need us.
Debbie visits once or twice a week to keep the pool sparkling clean, particularly during the height of the summer season.
Well before your arrival, you'll receive our comprehensive Villa Guide, Xàtiva Area Guide and Car Hire Guide. Together, they include everything you need for your stay, from directions to the villa (including Google Maps and What3Words), local attractions, restaurants and supermarkets, to our recommended car hire companies at Alicante and Valencia airports.
⭐ Mountain Bikes:
Four mountain bikes are available free of charge for guests to use. Please let us know before your arrival if you'd like to use them.
⭐ Swimming Pool Heating:
Our private 10 × 5 metre swimming pool is heated throughout much of the year. During spring and autumn, we aim to maintain a wonderfully comfortable temperature of approximately 28°C.
From December through March, cooler night-time temperatures can affect the heating performance, and pool temperatures will depend on the weather. Please contact us before booking if swimming is particularly important during your winter stay.
Pool heating is included in the quoted price from April through December. For extended stays during January–March, heating can be arranged at an additional charge.
We provide a pool cover to help retain warmth and ask guests to replace it whenever the pool is not in use during the cooler months.

Utterly fabulous stay - cannot fault it

The villa is away from the noise of the town and roads in a quiet residential area, though not too far from town to go for drinks, meals, etc. There are 4 big bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and one ensuite. The beds are big and comfortable with nice fresh linen. Everything was in fact comfortable, nice fluffy towels, quality sun loungers, lots of dining spaces and big corner sofa with footstools provided too. There are some lovely original features in the villa, the furniture is all of a high standard as is the large smart TV and the Wifi was excellent. The shutters and fly screens were a great addition. The standout for us was how exceptionally clean everything was - and we are fussy! Indoors and out, there's not a thing we could have said was not perfect. The villa is well equipped with everything you need to cater for yourselves, as well as an unusual amount of other things e.g. pool table, table tennis, dart board, PlayStation etc. The pool is amazing, great size, warm temperature (heated) and it stayed pristine for the whole week we were there. Communication pre-stay is exceptional and during, the lovely lady keeping everything shipshape was always on hand and extremely friendly and helpful. A truly honest and helpful host. Excellent value for money. I'd say this was the best villa we have stayed in. We shall be back!

By Dilys on 08-Aug-2026This villa truly is a treasure. It has everything you could want in terms of comfort and entertainment for all ages. The bedrooms are well laid out, with flexibility for bed arrangements. The whole house having aircon was a godsend and so appreciated. As for the kitchen; you could tell that there are chefs in the owner's family...there is an overwhelming array of culinary equipment...very impressive! We never ran out of plates, glasses, cutlery etc even though there were 10 of us. There is so much to keep adults and children entertained, there is always something to do. The pool was the favourite for both adults and children/grandchildren. It's a perfect depth and perfect temperature, with plenty of inflatables available. We spent most of our time either in the pool, or around it. There's a large bbq which we used 3 evenings, a pizza oven (we didn't get around to trying) and a great pool table. Lovely lights in and around the pool make for relaxing evenings al fresco. There are books, games, dvds, badminton, table tennis, a PS4 and even mountain bikes...if you can find time to do everything in a week. We had some day trips in the area: the beach at Gandia, a boat trip and aquarium in Valencia, and a waterpark. Also visited the castles in Xativa (brilliant hilltop views) and Macastre. There are good supermarkets a short drive away, "Family Cash" was our favourite. A car is essential here and there is plenty of parking for 3+ vehicles. Although we visited in high summer, I could imagine the villa would be lovely in any season. There are wood burners in the lounge and pool room, and I understand the pool is heated outside the summer months. Alex is an exceptional owner and is amazingly approachable and informative. I wholeheartedly recommend this home......and that's exactly what it feels like....a home!
Wonderful villa with never ending activities

We can’t express how wonderful this villa is all the amenities listed exceeded our expectations. The out side space is huge with a wonderful pool and outside kitchen . An array of games and outdoor activities including a table tennis table ,Babminton set with net, dart board and so much more The pool is large with a beautiful patio area dining and kitchen . Games room off the patio with a full sized snooker /pool table and a music system. The villa itself is everything and more Spotlessly clean airy bright with air con throughout Communication with the owner was excellent and Alex couldn’t do anoth to help with anything we asked . We had a warm welcome from Debbie the housekeeper who was on hand if we needed anything . We can’t recommend this villa any highly and feel so lucky to have holiday here We hope to return for another 5 star vaccination
Everything You Could Wish For!

It was secluded and spacious; all the furniture was high quality and the outside area had everything you could wish for large pool, numerous chairs, tables and sunbeds, covered areas if you wanted shade and even an outside sofa. The large garden is very well kept and peaceful. There is also has a separate shaded area on a lower level with settees, table football, darts etc The well stocked kitchen looked new with more gadgets that you could imagine, there were many cookery books with an abundance of ingredients at hand. Alex was the perfect host, it's important to him that you have the very best experience and really couldn't do enough for us, he even called a few days into the holiday to check all was well. Debbie who's located a short distance away is always on hand if you have any questions or requests. We really can't fault this place, the only down side is when your holiday comes to an end and you have to return home.
