3 bedroom 2 bathroom home from home with stunning sea and mountain views
Welcome to Sea Breeze at the Stone House our home in the sunshine.
The lounge is light and airy with a beamed vaulted ceiling and stylishly furnished.
There are 3 bedrooms ( 2 downstairs ) all of which are air-conditioned and the master bedroom (upstairs) is king-size with ensuite and large wrap around terrace with stunning sea views with furniture to relax and enjoy sunrise and sunset.
On the ground floor there is a separate large family bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
The large kitchen comes fully equipped.
Outside there is an 8 x 4 private pool with loungers and parasols and dining table and chairs plus another separate furnished seating area and a gas BBQ
Turtle beach is a short walk as are 3 different local restaurants all offering excellent Cypriot cuisine.
Taxi transfer from Larnaca and Ercan airport to the villa where you can have your hire car delivered can be organised by our excellent house manager. A car is needed to make the most that North Cyprus has to offer and to get supplies from the local supermarket which is about 6 - 7 mins away.
A 4 min drive will take you to the exclusive Korineum golf course with it's challenging 18 holes or the more relaxing spa for some pampering.
Out and about: Getting around by car is very easy and with so much to see and do you will be spoilt for choice. You can explore the natural beauty of The Karpaz peninsula with only donkeys and turtles for company where the air is clean and the silence is golden. If it's history and architecture you want then historic Bellapais Abbey perched high up with commanding views over Kyrenia or St Hilarion castle with it's climb to the top will leave you breathless. Maybe you just want to sit and relax with a cool drink in the picture postcard setting that is Kyrenia harbour and watch the world go by and choose which one of the many boats that leave daily to explore deserted bays. The choice is yours or you can just sit back and relax.
Who will come on holiday here?: Sea Breeze at the Stone House would make a fantastic holiday venue for a family with older children who want the comforts of home and the ability to choose how they spend their time, the list is endless with plenty to keep every one amused and your own pool to play in. Groups of like minded friends will also appreciate the space and the many options on what to do, relaxing by the pool, visiting the turtles just down the road, partying in Kyrenia which is only 15 mins away, spinning the wheel in the casino or improving your handicap at the local golf and country club. Couples will also enjoy space to get away from it all with time to relax and enjoy each others company. Local restaurants with fresh Cypruit cuisine on your doorstep with views of the setting sun, a warm breeze, a romantic hideaway. Please contact the owners who will be happy to help you with flight, taxi and car hire information.
Look no further for a relaxing stress free holiday.

From the initial contact with the owner and then the house manager, communication was excellent. Everything from transfers to car hire was all taken care of and worked brilliantly.
The villa really felt like a home from home, having everything we needed plus plenty more lovely touches, such as beach chairs to just throw in the car when going to the local beech.
The pool was fabulous for cooling off in and big enough to get some lengths in and the patio had plenty of loungers, chairs in shade and a lovely big table to have dinner on. There was a BBQ which we didn’t use preferring to eat out at the variety of restaurants within walking distance. We had a few great evenings at Benoz restaurant and St Kathleen’s was also a lovely experience.
Thanks to Carol and Denise for making our week in the Sea Breeze such a perfect and relaxing week. There is so much to do and explore if you wish or it is just the perfect place to relax and recharge the batteries.

This was our third time at this beautiful villa, it really is an amazing place everything you need for a peaceful and relaxing holiday, beautifully decorated and very well equiped for all your needs.
Since our first stay the owners Carol and Terry have included a lot of fantastic extras, poolside dining table, patio furniture, brand new walk-in shower and a lovely new bbq.
Denise the house manager was wonderful as always as was Andy!
Weather was amazing mid 30's everyday and cannot wait to be back again soon, thank you so much.

Sea Breeze is a beautiful very well maintained Villa in Alagadi. The views towards the Sea from the front of the Villa are stunning. My wife and I have been going back to this Villa for 5 years now, with our two sons, to enjoy the guaranteed heat and excellent facilities on offer.
Carole and Terry, the owners of the Villa, spend their holidays at the Villa too, which means it is kept in pristine condition, and there are always improvements being made on an annual basis.
There are a few restaurants in walking distance of the Villa , but we tend to drive out a little further afield, where the choice of good eateries is pretty much endless.
Denise looks after any vistors by organising car hire, Taxi pickup from the airport, and a welcome pack if required. If there are any problems (we haven't had many over the years) Denise is at the end of a phone to resolve very efficiently. I cannot speak highly enough of the whole set up.
So if you are looking for a relaxing holiday in a well equipped Villa, with a lovely pool, with guaranteed summer sun this is the place for you.
Love this place.

Back again. This truly is the only place that I can switch off. As soon as we turn into the village off the main road it is though someone turns my switch off. Have tried May June and September and provided you like sun food drink and friendly locals you will not go wrong. The owners put a lot of effort into making this a real home from home. Facilities are second to known and we have booked again for 2019. We were there in May this year and again more improvements made. Outside space is great with many areas to sit, read, relax and take the sun. Inside is really lovely but if the weather is as good as we always seem to get then you will not use it. Local restaurants are excellent but within 20 mins you have so many that you will never visit them all in a single stay. Girne (Kyrennia) is wonderful but so are the little villages. Have been to Famagusta and Nicosia many times and can recommend both. We are 2 couples and 2 singles so utilise the sofa bed in the lounge as well as the 3 beds. Would have no qualms giving the villa 5 stars. Love the place.

Great to be back.

The villa get better and better each year. Carol and Terry are always making tweaks, this year on arrival found now patio furniture, new furniture under the gazebo, new television although not used and now connected to mains water for domestic use.
This was our 5th visit in six years and it has really become a home from home. Local restaurants are still providing excellent value for money and if you want to have a holiday where you are completely able to unwind, switch off and recharge then I could not recommend it more. The villa gives you a base, although this time around we spent most days around the pool and under the gazebo as the temp was touching 40-45 each day.
The owners manager Denise provided an excellent service as she always does, and if you have issues at all Andy the maintenance guy is only a phone call away.
Don't like to say as it reduces availability for us but you really should try this beautiful place.

We have just enjoyed a three week break here and had a lovely time .The house is well equipped with everything you might need. Quite modern but also traditional in style. Lots of places to sit ,by the pool or in a shaded place just by the back of the house and also in front, each with a pleasant view. Also quiet which we enjoyed for relaxing when you are not out shopping in Kyrenia or on walks to visit castles or monastery ruins. There is a lovely local beach with a cafe/restaurant which is useful . This is a conservation area as turtle come in and lay their eggs..
There is always Denise at the end of the phone for any help or advise you might need. She helps run the villas in this area..Hope you enjoy your holiday as we have.

Great, great property
By P.h. on 21-Sep-2016
As always this villa never fails to provide an excellent base for visiting the area. 3rd time back and 4th to the village. This time 6 of us stayed and there was plenty of space for us all. The pool area is fantastic and with the new addition of pool steps has made the area even better and would now think this is fine for children as well. Plenty of places to sit in shade if this is what you need and if you want a little solitude. Have to say that we again only used Benoz of the village restaurants but this is because over the years we have got to know the owner Ergan and Eleg and their children but there are so many restaurants around to choose from you could eat in a different one each night for many days or weeks. All offer extraordinary value for money and it is probably cheaper to eat out than in. If you choose the later then the villa has a well equipped kitchen and there is a also a barbecue if you wish.
The property is always clean and beautifully presented.
Absolutely love the place and have no hesitation in giving 10 out 10 for the property. The property manager Denise will try and cater for all your needs.
We are already trying to arrange next years stay!

This Villa is just the amazing home ever!
We have been here twice and will be returning again in 2018.
Everything you need for a relaxing break, the pool, garden and villa are immaculate.
It has become like a second home to us and Carol has always been very helpful and informative with everything we needed to know as was Denise and Andy.
The weather was amazing, lots of supermarkets nearby and plenty of things to see and do!
Cannot wait to be back and i can highly recommend this villa.

Great Villa, Great location
By Jemma T on 05-Aug-2014
We have just come back from an amazing week at sea breeze, the weather was absolutely beauitful and the breeze was excatly what we needed. The villa was surpurp and tastefully decorated. The location was perfect. A short walk to turtle beach and the turtle project and we was lucky enough to see some baby hatchings, well worth doing. There were also 3 resturants in walking distance. I would highly recommend benoz, owned by a lovely family and the food was brilliant. Would defiantly come back again! Thank you Carrol you have a great team ensuring our hoilday ran smoothly.

Relaxing home from home
By P.H on 05-Aug-2014
Second time at this property and was not disappointed to return. As soon as you open the door and enter the villa you can feel the stress of travelling fall away. The property is as discribed in the sleepy village of Alagadi 20 mins from Girne. The pool was a sanctuary in the heat wave during our stay. We had five guests this time and still found quiet corners to sit and read listen to music or just dose off. Diane who looks after the property for the owners is only a phone call away if you do need anything but I can assure you that this is the best villa we have ever rented you will not be disappointed. Local restaurant Benoz still offers amazing value for money and would also recommend the Stone House just past the Essenteppe turning but not on a music night! Even cheaper to eat out than in 2012 because of the rate of exchange. Cannot fault the place, only wish was going back within the next few months. PH.Dover. 05/08/2014,

Fantastic villa, good location, great holiday
By Sue M on 06-Sep-2013
We had a great holiday at this lovely villa. The villa had everything we needed and the pool was lovely- a great hit with the 3 teenagers we took! The local restaurants and beach were all added attractions. You need a car but this is all seamlessly organised by Denise, we went to the port of Kyrenia but also explored the villages in the mountains and found some great food and friendly people. We loved our time here and will be booking again.

Sea Breezes at the stone house
By Pauline L on 10-Jul-2012
We have returned from a two-week holiday knowing that we would be eager to re-book. We had our daughter and her partner with us for the first week and then on our own for the last week.
The villa was very much a home from home and we enjoyed the facilities and the pool. We have friends living in the village and so only availed of the hire car, which was no problem. Was waiting for us on our arrival and was easy to leave at the end of our stay.
Denise was helpful and friendly and the pool was well tended by Andy.
We would recommend this villa to others and hope to go back next year, if available at the time we wish to go.l

May 2012. Two adults staying for two weeks and what a fantastic two weeks we had ! From our first contact with Terry and Carol we were advised on just about everything which put myself and my partner at immediate ease. We were also very impressed with the Property Manager Denise who organised for the taxi to pick us up from the airport and also the hire car. When we landed the taxi was waiting and when we got to the villa the hire car was also ready and waiting for us. None of those tedious long hire queues at the airport. Brilliant. We would strongly advise anyone to organise their car hire through Denise. We had an incident one evening when we thought the car wouldn't start. She answered her phone immediately, it was 10,30pm and she organised for a taxi to take us home. The next day the hire car was ready and waiting outside our villa by 9am as there had been nothing wrong with the car it had been our error. We were very embarassed but we were not charged anything which certainly would not have happened in this country!
The villa itself was absolutely lovely with everything you could possibly need. It was very well furnished and the pool was a delight to cool down in after being in the midday sun. All in all if you are looking for a relaxing holiday in a great villa then we can highly recommend Carol and Terrys place in Northern Cyprus. I am sure we will be back.

Great family holiday
By Kevin H on 14-Dec-2011
Three adults and two children (girls 12 & 9 yrs) stayed for a fortnight in August 2011: Right from the first enquiry with Carol we were put at ease about any concerns we may have about transfers, south/north travel, etc. This continued until just before departure and was picked up on arrival by Denise at Alagadi. Genuine people who could not do enough for us. Other reviews speak about the house and how comfortable it is and we didn't think any differently. The children loved the short stroll to the beach to excavate the turtles with the volunteers and also the release of hatchlings into the sea. A car is necessary at the resort but everything is within easy reach. We don't tend to go to the same place more than once, but we would stay here again if we went to Northern Cyprus and certainly recommend it to friends and family.

Wonderful home in the sun
By Lez O on 20-Nov-2011
From the first email contact to arriving home again the owners and house manager for Sea Breeze have been attentive and considerate of every little thing. Met at the airport on time and driven straight to the house, it was so lovely to walk into a house and at no time feel like it was anything but our own. Even supper was waiting in the fridge. This is such a comfortable house and furnished very much to our taste and style. Nothing was missing! In fact the real thing is even better than the advertisement! Beautifully clean with lovely gardens full of flowering bouganvillia and hibiscus. Seating areas by the swimming pool and on the patio for alfresco dining. So nice to eat outdoors in November! Lots of loungers on which to soak up the sun too. Alagadi is a quiet village so if you want lots of people around you I don't think it's the place for you, having said that November is quiet anyway. Three restaurants in the village but we only tried one, St Kathleens. Great food although the owner was rather unwelcoming. Try Alesta on the way into Kyrenia for the best doner kebabs! The large hotels do a great all you can eat breakfast for under £10 per person, very handy for lazy mornings. La Chimera on Kyrenia harbour is great for a reasonable meal and Kyvele at Bellapais Abbey is wonderfully romantic at night!! Valley View is great, huge amounts of meze! We tried various supermarkets and found Tempo to be more to our taste, they have a great bakery and deli. Car hire was very reasonable and we used Severner for that. Sight seeing was a pleasure, Bellapais Abbey, the castles at Kantara, St Hilarion, Buffavento. The mountains were so pretty with their autumn colours. We drove up the Karpaz peninsula and enjoyed a day in very traditional surroundings, time has almost stopped still there. The house is superbly positioned in a quiet area and you are unaware of the rest of the world unless you go searching for it. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Sea Breeze to anyone. This is either a perfect hideaway for two or a family home take your pick. We couldn't find anything negatoive to say about Sea Breeze, the owners or house manager, they are all 5 star!! Needless to say, we are going back next year!

We have now had 2 holidays at this beautiful villa, it is in a very peaceful and quite location. The views are superb from the pool area where we spent many an hour in the sun with a book and a drink. The pool is maintained to a very high standard and is a good size. The villa is beautifully furnished and very clean, and again maintained well with everything you could need, there is plenty of clean linen and enough kitchen equipment, with little extras from a water cooler to binoculars. There is even a washing machine so if you wish you can take home clean clothes.
There are 3 very good restaurants within walking distance but you do need a car for shopping. There is a very nice and helpful local English lady on hand for emergencies (always handy to know about).

Stunning Villa, great location
By Rob on 14-Sep-2010
This was our second visit to this beautiful villa. It's well equipped, clean and homely, set In such an unspoilt quiet village, perfect for relaxing. A cooling breeze from the sea is very welcome when lazing around the private pool. Close to the beach, with fantastic views of the warm blue sea. A choice of friendly local restaurants are within walking distance, our favourite being 'Benoz', where we spent many an eveing sampling the wonderful cuisine. Our teenagers were never bored, they loved the pool and felt totally safe walking along the beach back to the villa. Shopping for handbags etc in Nicosia was also a good day out, although temperatures are alot higher here than near the coast, it may be better to go a little later in the day. You do need a car to get to the local shops and the other many wonderful beaches nearby. The nesting turtles on Alagadi beach are a must to see. For sightseers there are plenty of wonderful places to visit, and many lovely walks. A golf course is also nearby. But just sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine in the evening is enough.
