Description

Villa Feliz is one of our holiday villas to rent in Albufeira. It is a lovely villa in an ideal setting, about 2 km from the popular village of Guia, famous for its chicken piri-piri. Guia also has a daily market, supermarket, chemist and numerous traditional restaurants. The large ´Algarve Shopping´ mall with hypermarket, cinema, food court and variety of shops is within 15 minutes walk. The lively ´old town´ of Albufeira and its beaches is just 5 minutes drive away.

This delightful house is detached and very spacious inside and outside. The Sitting Room has leather sofas with patio doors out to the garden and a spacious dining area with table and chairs and patio doors leading to the swimming pool and terrace. A separate large modern kitchen with built in appliances including oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine leads out to the pool area. There is a double bedroom and large shower room on this floor. Upstairs is the master double bedroom with balcony and en-suite shower room, and two twin bedrooms with balconies, and a full bathroom. There is an upstairs terrace and a roof terrace with lovely panoramic views.

Outside there is a delightful garden with hedges around for privacy, lawned grass areas, expansive terraces with tables and chairs and built-in barbeque for al-fresco dining and a very large swimming pool 10 x 5m.

Villa Feliz is a charming villa in an ideal location to explore Albufeira and the surrounding areas. Swim with the dolphins at the nearby Zoomarine aquatic park, the kids will love it, or take a short walk up to Cliff Richard´s vineyard and book in for the guided tour! World of Good!

We had a great stay at Villa Laranjeira and the holiday has done us a world of good. Wee bit of feedback for you and may I express these are not a criticism just our observations: We weren’t given a fob for the house alarm; The smoke alarm in the kitchen on the ceiling was open with no batteries in it . The safe wasn’t working and the batteries in the main bedroom remote for the air conditioning had run out with no spares , we just replaced them as they were only €1. None of this bothered us , and I know on reflection a phone call to the agent would probably have sorted these things out . May I reiterate these are not complaints just observations All in all we’ve had another fantastic holiday at the villa

Hi Caroline, Apologies I meant to email you before now. Just a quick note to say we had a great time at the villa and the whole holiday went without a hitch! The villa was great and we couldn’t have been happier, the view and the location to town and the marina were perfect, although the walk back up the hill from the marina is a bit of a killer Thankfully we jumped in a TUK-TUK instead of walking!
