New luxury detached villa, fully equipped and decorated to a high standard. Garden, private pool, BBQ area. Internally, there is a living / dining room with fireplace equipped with large 42 "plasma TV, satellite TV, DVD, hi-fi. Direct access by sliding doors leading to the garden and pool. The property includes a fantastic fully equipped kitchen. 4 bedrooms, 1 en suite. Bath towels are included.
We suggest to bring your own Beach towels.
All the rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Outside is equipped with modern furniture, with tables, chairs, loungers and sunshades to enjoy and relax during sunbathing and meals throughout the day and night. Ideally located in the central area of the resort in Albufeira, in a quiet area, yet 5 minutes walk from the centre of the famous "Strip" with numerous bars, restaurants and shops and 10 minutes walk from the famous beaches of Oura and Santa Eulalia. 10 km away from several golf courses.
Check in 17 pm, check out 9:30 am.
Deposit of 10% will secure the booking. The rest of the balance must be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Payment methods bank transfer or cheque.
It’s also possible to pay 25% deposit, second and balance ( 75% ) in cash in euros on arrival. Please let us know if you prefer this payment option.
Damage deposit of 300€ by cash is required on arrival. This deposit will be returned on the departure or by bank transfer.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS
We can reserve the airport transfers for you for the additional cost. The driver waits for you at the airport and takes directly to the villa.
Great villa

This is was a beautiful place, 5 minutes walk into the Strip of Albufeira with great night life. The villa was very spacious lots of outdoor space and plenty of options for sitting in sun or shade and tennis table. Location is very nice especially when you travel with children. Highly recommended.

We were 2 families staying in this villa. My boys were 13 and 9 at the time of our stay and my nephews were 18 and 14. The location is excellent. It is about 5-10 minute walk from the strip where there are plenty of bars and places to eat to cater for everyone. There is also a bullring a few minutes walk from the villa who put on a show every Friday. All the lads in our party all went to this and thoroughly enjoyed the experience! The pool was a lovely size and nice amount of room around the pool for loungers and seats. There was also a handy ping pong table which was used frequently. I must admit I was slightly anxious using simply owners as I am always very cautious about being scammed. But the whole process was seamless and a lot cheaper than other sites to use. The contact between myself and the property manager was great. Any questions I had were answered promptly. The private transfer was fantastic, and I would like give patricia (who drove us) a special mention as she was very friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. Overall I think this was a perfect villa and location and would have no qualms about recommending this to anyone who is thinking of using a villa and visiting albufeira.

Really lovely spacious villa with private pool/garden area. We stayed with the family including small children and we all enjoyed staying here. Great location within easy walking distance and travel to beach, Albuferia old town and Zoo Marine. Recommend for family a quiet and relaxing place. Clean with great facilities and everything you need to enjoy your holiday. Thank you
