The exterior
Casa Carroça has an exceptional outdoor space - soaking up the sun never looked or felt so good. There is a parking area should you hire a car, while the fenced plot offers complete privacy.
The decking area offers sun loungers, so grab a drink and your book to start the day the right way. The large pool can be heated (at an extra cost), with a stunning waterfall feature. The pool also has a fence for extra safety. Fancy some alfresco dining? The outdoor kitchen with a hob and sink, built-in BBQ, gas BBQ and a prep area has got you covered! Meals can be enjoyed at the breakfast table in the shade or at the larger dining table, which is also sheltered.
For your convenience, there is a bathroom and shower here too! Finally, the laundry room is accessed from the outdoor area, with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The living areas
Casa Carroça has fabulous interiors, having been recently renovated. There is a stylish flair throughout with comfortable furnishings. The living room is soaked in natural light, with patio doors leading to the outdoor area. There is plenty of seating and a TV.
The kitchen is spacious and has everything you will need, with an indoor dining table too. There is a basement area with a second smaller kitchen and a football table to entertain the kids...or the adults too!
The bedrooms
With 5 bedrooms, Casa Carroça sleeps 10 guests - perfect for a big family getaway! These rooms will guarantee plenty of rest, so you're ready for another busy day exploring...or relaxing! Four of the bedrooms can be found on the first floor. The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobe, bathroom with double basins and a walk-in shower. There are three further double rooms (with twin beds joined together), all with fitted wardrobes. There is a shared bathroom on this floor, with a bath and walk-in shower.
The final bedroom can be found in the basement area. This is also a double (twin beds joined together) with a fitted wardrobe. There is a WC and a bathroom with a walk-in shower in the basement area.
