Description

This lovely modern southish-facing, airy and bright detached villa stands in its own extensive walled garden with large private pool. The villa is one of 3 similar villas in a private gated community at the end of a cul-de-sac. Two spacious pool patios, an outdoor shower as well as six sunbeds and several shade umbrellas, BBQ patio as well as 1st floor balcony patio. There are three bathrooms, two en-suite shower rooms and another with a bath.

The villa is well equipped with comfortable, stylish, contemporary furnishings. Decorative style is clean lines and simplicity. Price includes A/C in all bedrooms. Situated in a quiet, semi-rural location but near to Almancil town centre with an extensive choice of shops and restaurants - even a large shopping mall an 8 minute drive away. . Close to Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago golfing and tennis resorts. The villa is conveniently located for all that the Algarve offers, especially gastronomically and its beautiful beaches.

Internet access available as well as some UK TV channels. All home comforts are provided which includes a well equipped kitchen, hairdryers and bath and beach towels. There are two large bedrooms, each with a king sized bed and one smaller room with twin beds. Primary bedroom is very large. The garden and pool are lit in the evening. (The seventh bed constitutes a small sofa bed in the large primary bedroom - suitable only for a young child). Property manager is available to ensure the smooth running of your holiday. Check in after usually 14:00hrs, check out by 11:00 but can sometimes be rearranged in off peak periods. it is advised that to enhance your holiday experience a hire car would be a good idea.

A 33% percent deposit is required upon initial booking and the balance to be paid in two further instalments, the final payment being one month before your arrival at the villa. Deposits are refundable 14 days before you wish the cancel your booking.

Superb Villa

We have stayed in villas all over the world and this is up there with the best. Lovely quiet setting. Excellent spacious villa with terrific garden and good sized pool. The villa has everything you can think of. Great communication with Krys the owner in the UK and Bill the manager who lives locally, not far from the villa. Best security in any property we have rented. You will need a car - although you can easily walk into Almancil, which has 3 supermarkets and loads of shops and restaurants/cafes. The lovely resorts of Quinta, Vale do Lobo and Vilamoura are just a very short drive away. Superb, fully equipped villa. Highly recommended.

The Villa was lovely with everything you needed, close to many places to visit. Krys the owner was very helpful. We had a fantastic holiday and would not hesitate to go back.

We had a lovely holiday in this villa, really good size and clean. We went with children and they really enjoyed the pool. Great location close to airport we had a hire car again was close to Vilamoura and the beach. We would happily stay in this villa again.
