Description
Arenal d’en Castell is located on the northeast coast of the island. The resort offers a variety of bars, restaurants and supermarkets, all within walking distance from the house. The beautiful white sand beach with crystal clear waters is a 5-minute walk away and is ideal for families with young children. Other north coast beaches (Binimelá, Cavallería, Playas de Fornells), south coast beaches (Binibeca, Punta Prima, Alcaufar) and the capital town Mahon, can all be reached within 20 minutes by car.This duplex is part of a 4 property complex with communal gardens. At the front of the house is a private terrace furnished with table and chairs and a stone barbecue, ideal for al fresco dining. On the first floor, connected to the lounge, there are two balconies. The north-facing balcony boasts beautiful sea views and is furnished with bar stools and table, and the south-facing balcony is furnished with outdoor sofas for relaxing in the sun or shade.
The apartment has been tastefully decorated and is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.
Ground floor: 1 master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 shower room.
First floor: lounge/dining room with access to the balconies, small kitchen (no oven) and 1 shower room.
Please note that the apartment is located in a resort with hotels nearby and during the summer season hotel entertainment music may be heard.

Reservation Conditions 2022:
Free cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival.
Confirmation Deposit at time of reservation: 10% (refundable up to 60 days prior to arrival)
Deposit Payment 60 days prior to arrival: 90% (non-refundable)
Security deposit: 300 € (the security deposit can be paid in advance or on arrival and will be returned via bank transfer after departure)
Eco-tax: 2.00 €/night/person 16 years and over
COVID-19 Conditions: In the case that guests have to cancel their stay due to lockdown travel restrictions caused by COVID-19, the full amount paid will be transferred to alternative dates.

By Meike on 05-Oct-2024The place was lovingly decorated and prepared for us. There was also a starter set with sponge and dish soap, which is really cool. The kitchen is very well equipped and there was also plenty of space in the fridge and freezer. You can see that a lot of effort went into making it as homely and welcoming as possible. Communication with Gurbia was also excellent. Always responded quickly and concerns were accepted. Delighted to return!

The host was very friendly, provided clear and detailed directions, a very comfortable and much appreciated island guide. Having rented a car, we were able to enjoy the beauty of the island from one end to the other.
