Description

S'AUBA is a beautiful villa of 155m2 and a plot of 1,000 that is located in a very peaceful residential area, just 200 meters from the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, shops and pharmacy.
The house has great natural light, covered terrace, 3 double bedrooms, bathroom, large living room, fully equipped kitchen with large oven, barbecue area with wood oven for pizza and much more. We also have a newly built swimming pool for private use with salt chlorinator and spa-type garden areas for sunbathing.
At the back there is a parking area for several vehicles, a patio area with a ping pong table and our star of the house, the centenary Ullastre, an Acebuche tree where under it you can enjoy its energy, peace and tranquility.
Finally, we should say that in the house we take care of recycling in detail, we also take care of energy expenditure by offering heating from a natural source, double glazing and insulated walls with an air chamber in the ceiling and floors to maintain temperatures both in winter and summer, light bulbs LEDs in all illuminated areas of the house and an area for collecting river water which is used to irrigate the garden and pool. We also support the environment with the pool's salt chlorinator which does not use any chemicals. In the times we live in, we must reduce gases, recycle and make the most of the renewable sources that nature itself gives you. I hope you enjoy it.
