Your family haven!In the safe & quiet area of Punta Grossa. JUST 5 mins (450m) stroll away from the picturesque beach of Arenal d'en Castell.
We are a fully legal holiday vacation rental, please see licence number below.
Our ground floor villa will be your home away from home. You'll have a large enclosed garden (430M², that's over 4500SqFt!), veranda & fantastic sheltered outdoor dining space!
A large community swimming pool (11 metres!) +private access via our garden path.
Lots of family games & toys (inc. Giant garden Jenga, Mikado & Badminton set!)
Free WiFi & 55" smart TV (including: Netflix, Amazon, HBOMax, Showtime & Disney+)
2 bedrooms with a total of 3 beds (1 king and 2 single beds). 2 full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with the rare amenity of a water reverse-osmosis system for drinking water on tap! (In Menorca most tap water is not drinkable) so help reduce plastic waste & save some money in the process!
There is a large living room with a big comfortable sofa and a dining area with booth seating.
Keep cool with 3 air conditioning units, one in living room and one in each bedroom! Fans also supplied.
Also the property has heating for out of season and winter stays.
Community swimming pool is shared with only 7 neighbours on this small peaceful and extremely quiet mini-complex, with only 2 holiday rentals among them.
The pool is larger than most surrounding properties (measuring 11 metres in length), including villas with private pools!
Lots of indoor & outdoor games and toys for the kids! Keep them entertained all day.
To get an accurate location in relation to the beach, please do an online search for "La Buganvilla de Menorca" and the beach entrance and boardwalk is beside the restaurant "Viva la Pepa".
The beach front is just around the corner (450m), with the access from the board walk that spans most of the length of the beach.
In season sun loungers and shade is available to rent.
There is also a wash station at the base of the stairs to wash sand off feet etc.
You will have access to beach towels, bamboo mats, and a parasol at your disposal. And for your convenience, we also have a cool-box with artificial ice to keep your refreshments cool. And for the kids, there are beach toys available for sand castles, nets for play fishing, and much more!

Coming for a winter stay (out of season)? Fantastic, to keep you warm we have a pellet burner, small radiator, bathroom inferred heaters, and 3 heating air conditioners.
Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am.
A cleaning after guests is 5-6 hours so please be patient.

Due to Spanish laws and regulations we must also collect a tourist tax at check-in (we collect this as an additional cash payment). This is currently €2 per adult (16yrs+), per night +VAT (IVA).
We will also have to collect passport details etc. of all visiting guests staying in the property.
And we charge a fully refundable security/damage deposit of £200.

Has to be one of the cleanest and best equipped places, every aspect has been thought through.
By Kevin F on 09-Sep-2026Vick and Andrea met us on arrival and gave us a tour of the apartment. They are a very friendly and helpful couple and the apartment and garden are superb. The fixtures and fittings are all good quality and everything worked as it should during our stay. We stayed here with our daughter and 3 year old grandson for a week and this has to be one of the cleanest and best equipped places we have stayed. Every aspect has been thought through. My grandson particularly loved the playhouse in the garden. We would have no problem returning here again.

By Pali J on 07-Sep-2026We spent two wonderful weeks at La Buganvilla in August 2026 with our 2 children (5 and 7 years old) and can wholeheartedly recommend this place. Even though we arrived late in the evening, Vick and Andrea waited up for us to welcome us in person – including homemade cookies, a truly warm welcome. Throughout our stay, communication with Vick was excellent and remarkably fast, with every message answered within minutes. The huge, fenced garden was a little paradise for our kids, with plenty of toys that kept them entertained for hours. We loved using the veranda for meals outside – a lovely spot for relaxed evenings after a day at the beach. The kitchen is truly equipped down to the last detail, including filtered drinking water straight from the tap – we didn't miss a thing, honestly nothing at all. An absolute highlight for our children was the shared pool: they loved it and used it almost every day. Even at midday you can find shady spots there, so the pool is genuinely usable all day long. The villa's location is ideal for families: just a few minutes' walk to a beautiful beach with shallow, calm water – perfect for letting the kids splash around worry-free. We also really appreciated the cooler box with ice packs provided for our drinks on the go. From here we also explored the island itself – trips to Ciutadella and many other beautiful corners of Menorca made us fall completely in love with the island. During these two weeks we didn't just soak up the sun and sea to the fullest, but also found genuine relaxation without any stress at all – exactly what we had hoped for from our family holiday. A big thank you to Vick and Andrea for these unforgettable weeks. We'll be back, and we're already looking forward to our next holiday at La Buganvilla!

By Matt & Sophie on 02-Aug-2026Lovely apartment. Large garden, well equipped for children, loads of games, books, beach toys. The house is well taken care of, very clean and organised. Good location, quiet, close to the beach and plenty of restaurants and small shops in the area.
La Buganvilla exceeded our expectations!
By Glenn B on 28-Jul-2026Everything about La Buganvilla exceeded our expectations! It was a great start being welcomed with a brief tour of the property and some homemade biscuits! The standout feature of the property was the garden. My children spent hours playing on the grass and in the playhouse, which was a lovely way to relax after a day at the beach. The whole place was comfortable with a good mixture of new technology and comfort. The kitchen was great for cooking a proper meal, something we have found lacking in other places in Menorca! It was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We really enjoyed eating our meals outside with the outdoor lighting and fan! Access through the garden to the pool was very handy. We would definitely stay again!

The villa was spotless, tastefully decorated, and very well equipped – we had everything we needed. We especially loved the peaceful location and the welcoming atmosphere, which made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The beautiful garden was a real highlight and a lovely place to relax. Our daughter also absolutely loved the playhouse and spent hours playing there every day – it made the holiday even more special for her. Another highlight was the large swimming pool. Although it was shared with the other apartments, we had it almost entirely to ourselves most of the time and enjoyed many relaxing hours there. Communication with the hosts was always warm, friendly, and straightforward. We highly recommend this accommodation and would be delighted to stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!
The best rental we've stayed at!
By Riccardo on 11-Apr-2026The best rental we've stayed at! We visited Menorca in April, with our three children (aged 1, 7 and 9). Our stay was great. The house is extremely equipped. Everything we needed was available, including some basic essentials. The kitchen is well equipped; you can cook there just like at home. The house was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Lots of games for the children: they loved the badminton and the bougainvillea house. Thank you, Andrea & Vick!
