Great villa located in one of the most quiet and exclusive areas of Atlanterra, next to Playa de los Alemanes in Zahara de los Atunes. You can enjoy an incredible view of the Camarinal Lighthouse and, on clear days, you can perfectly see the African continent.
This villa has a constructed area of 170 m2, on a plot of 2,000 m2.
It has a total of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet, terrace and a wonderful covered porch.
The large covered porch divides the house into two parts; the main one has on the first floor a very cozy living room with fireplace, dining area, full kitchen, very bright, with all appliances and a toilet. Upstairs, it has a master bedroom with bathroom and another with double bed and a great terrace to enjoy the wonderful nights of Atlanterra outdoors.
On the other side of the porch there is a spacious and independent bedroom with bathroom, overlooking the garden of the house and sea views. Very comfortable and private, as it is totally independent from the rest of the house.
Its wonderful garden offers an incomparable place to relax, with hammocks, private pool (3 x 8), with outdoor shower (hot / cold), which invites you to a refreshing swim. At the back of the house there is a barbecue with a beautiful stone table with benches, which together with the large, fully covered porch, which is used as a living and dining room, will make your stay in this house pleasant and very comforting.
Next to the Faro Camarinal there is a path, Faro Camarinal-Bolonia, from where you can see the wide beach of fine golden sand, little transformed and frequented by surfers, and the Archaeological Site Baelo Claudia, declared a National Historic Monument, this Roman factory-city surprises for its state of preservation.
