The villa is located just outside Moraira (Via Pista, Benitachell) and offers privacy, tranquility and a sea view. It comprises a dining area, and a lounge with large flat HD TV, Samsung TV channels and apps available for Netflix, Apple TV etc so guests can log into own accounts, DVD player and fiber optic WiFi. It has a fully fitted kitchen including fridge/freezer dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, electric oven, gas and electric hob, air fryer, toaster and washing machine (in utility area). With 3 bedrooms, the villa sleeps 6 people naturally but there is also a sofa bed in the lounge which can sleep an additional 2 children if required. The villa boasts a kidney-shaped private swimming pool, beautiful Mediterranean gardens, large covered BBQ area (charcoal) for those long summer evenings, and off-road parking for at least 2/3 cars. The large terrace is furnished with sun loungers and garden furniture, and has all day sun. For those feeling more energetic there is a professional quality table tennis table. The property is a little piece of Mediterranean perfection and a fantastic choice for any group. Air conditioning now available in all 3 bedrooms and lounge area.
No smoking and no pets in the villa.

Details on the Coast and Beach
The main beach of Moraira is approx. 4 km from the villa and is ideal for families with young children. The delightful town of Moraira with its wonderful modern marina is a 10 minute drive away and offers a wide variety of bars, excellent restaurants and shops.
Golf Details
There is the 9 hole Golf de Ifach course in Moraira. Javea Golf Club is just a short drive away and La Sella Golf Complex near Denia and Benidorm clubs are all within a 30 minute drive away.
Travelling to the Property
Use of a hire car is essential. There are many interesting places to visit on the north Costa Blanca. The popular towns and beautiful beaches of Javea, Calpe, Altea, Denia and Benidorm are all within easy driving distance along the coast.
Useful Distances
Alicante airport is 95 km to the south, (approx. 1 hour and 15 minute drive) and Valencia airport is 135 km to the north. The AP-7 motorway is from Alicante, take exit 63 for Benissa and Moraira is just 12 km from here.

Changeover days are flexible. The villa will be available from 4 pm on day of arrival, and we request it is vacated by 10 am on day of departure.
